What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.

What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Last minute beach trip
We booked this condo just 2 weeks before for a last minute beach trip with the kids before school. The location was really great, The condo had a really great balcony with comfy couch for morning coffee and evening chats and drinks. It was a short Uber ride to the Wharf for a fun concert and movie. . Beds are quite comfy.They have luggage racks and carts for easy loading and unloading on every floor. Highly recommend this condo.

Summer Vacation in Orange Beach
This condo is exactly as advertised. Very clean, kitchen has all you need, and beds were comfortable! Pros: great location in Orange Beach, always felt safe, recliners in living room were A+, and the master bed was great! Cons: condo is right over the pool so it’s always loud, kitchen and master bath had drain fly issue. Not happy as we couldn’t eliminate them nor could we leave any food uncovered.

Perfect location/ Perfect weather
This property was everything we thought it would be. The kitchen was VERY well stocked. It was nice to not have to was dishes every time a few people had coffee or ate a meal. Being on a lower level floor helped keep the unit very cool, which was nice during the hot weather. The only thing I May recommend is a larger kitchen trash can. It is a little small for a family who is eating most meals at the co do. We did have a wonderful time at this location.

Great patio and kitchen. Lounge chairs inside were great! Needs a deep clean, base boards especially. Bathroom shower hardware (both bathrooms)is janky and from the 80s I bet. Primary bedroom bed is wonderful. The tub though was slow draining and unusable unless you won’t to stand in ankle deep dirty water. Putting a cheap light in the washer/dryer closet would be helpful. These thoughtful updates and improvements would make it more hospitable. I know the idea is turn and burn and make money but at some point updates and attention to detail (cleaning) is warranted.

Nasty/ dirty/rude
We had been getting text messages, letting us know it would be would be good to check in at 4 o’clock. When we got there at 6 o’clock the place had not been cleaned yet. The towels were all over the floor. The toilets were disgusting. The kitchen was a mess trash in the hallway Sand on the carpet, and there was a very funky smell in the place. No beds were made when I text them to inquire about this since they had told me at 4 o’clock we were good to check in. They were rude and threatened to kick us out after I told them I was pissed that the place wasn’t clean when we got there. We had to sit out in the hallway for two hours after driving 12 hours while two people clean the room took him 35 minutes to get there in two hours to clean. We were beyond exhausted. I have never been so pissed and all my life, even though it was a nice place to stay, I will never use them again. Also, the bathrooms downstairs at the pool were not usable. If we wanted to use a public restroom we had to go to the building next door. we have stayed in Phoenix buildings before down in Orange Beach but I think I will steer clear of this building and definitely dealing with the company on this property. To be honest, I can’t believe they had the nerve to threaten us considering they are the ones who screwed up and didn’t have the place clean after sending us to text messages that it was already to check in.

Great beach trip!
The place was all we needed and more. Great location in the building - beach and pool virtually a step outside the door. Very communicative - coffee pot gave us some trouble and they had a brand new one to us in hours! Covered balcony was a treat. Just a great experience. We'll be back!

The condo was laid out so well for what we needed with 4 adult ladies. There was room to be together and enough room to spread out. The balcony was our favorite part. We will definitely rent here again.

Several Maintenance issues.
There were several minor maintenance issues which were corrected by the property manager for the most part. We could not correct the main TV aspect ratio. Many of pillows had no cover. Otherwise, nice unit and easy access. Nice furniture on deck. Ad should have mentioned of "no vaping".

Great stay with one note
We enjoyed staying in this condo. The location was perfect and the condo was well furnished and everything was in good condition. My only note of concern was out of the owners control but I want others to be aware. With the condo being on the second floor the noise from the pool area can effect your experience on the balcony. We were there when a baseball team was there and they would have loud music playing and chanting until the pool closed. You cannot hear anything inside the condo, but we enjoy sitting on the balcony at night and this pushed us to move inside a couple of nights. Other than that small detail we very much loved this condo and all it had to offer.

great location in OB., porch is great / all though can be noisy from pool & grilling occupants from below. Beach is great. Condo could be updated some. Needs a walk in shower in at least one of the baths. Showers were dark and small. Washer was crazy loud. But overall., 10 be tops., we'd give it a 7.5.
