This condo has 2 rooms and 2 full bathrooms located 5 min walk from a kids play ground and one We have enough space that can comfortably accommodate 4 people! It also includes a modern kitchen and modern washware. The location of the condo is wonderfully put inside the city limits, where every attraction is within 5 min walking distance. There are 5 star restaurants that provide quality foods stay open late, awesome breweries that serve great beer and offer a host of activities for you and your friends. All in all this is a great location to spend the week or the weekend with your closest friends to enjoy the simple pleasures of a small friendly town!

Senior citizens.

Your property was nice with cleanliness being very good. The concern I have is for thr showers. There were no handles to climb in or out. We are seniors. Area rugs were a trip hazard. Thank you for the wine a nice touch.

Lovely placed, nicely located, some concerns

This property is lovely, ideally located and reasonably priced. It is within walking distance of everything that Downtown Waxhaw has to offer. Parking for two large vehicles is provided and easy to access. However, the security issue that was brought to the owner's attention in April of 2022 still exists. It is impossible to feel comfortable if you do not feel safe.

Amazing location in the heart of Waxhaw

We booked this apartment for our team member. The communication with the host was great from the beginning. Leah, is super friendly, replies quick and was very helpful. The location is amazing. Restaurants and bars in walking distance but still a quiet place. Parking was available.

Great Walkable Spot to enjoy downtown Waxhaw

The property is very nicely kept and clean, it is in a great Walkable location to downtown Waxhaw. We had a friend day of dining, watching tournament games, and enjoying some cocktails, and then a date day the next day. We walked everywhere we wanted to go, and it was very relaxing to be able to enjoy downtown Waxhaw with no driving required. Highly recommend for anyone wanting an fun weekend out of the House.

Lovely Apartment

The apartment was as lovely in person as it was online. Short walking distance to downtown Waxhaw. Loved the quiet neighborhood! Was grateful for all the little amenities from coffee creamer in the refrigerator to shampoo & conditioner in the bathroom. I didn't need it but was glad to know it was there. Will definitely stay here again when visiting friends in Waxhaw

Such a blessing!

This property is super clean, bug-free, has every creature comfort one needs, is esthetically pleasing, comfortable, well stocked with kitchen gear, ( a huge plus for a Mama Bear doing meal prep for a son recovering from a MC accident), is in a fabulous part of Waxhaw( close to our family members and walking distance to the darling town). This is our second stay in these properties and we will definitely be back!!! And it’s a good value for the price! Thank you!

Wedding Weekend with friends

Two couples came into town to celebrate a friend's wedding. Location is great. Walking distance to many great shops, restaurants & breweries in the quaint town of Waxhaw. Well stocked apartment with many items you wouldn't expect. Coffee, creamers, baking items, even a bottle of wine. Comfortable beds, very clean. Roku television for entertainment in the living room. Leah was very quick to respond with any issues. The only suggestion would be adding a television in the bedrooms. Could hear the residents upstairs but not too bad. Would stay here again & highly recommend.

Great central location to Waxhaw. Disappointed that the owner didn’t respond to request to check in early. Waited hours. Also key pad was finicky and my family member wasn’t able to get in easily. Owner did not offer to help. Never saw her. My family had the lower apt. in the house and heard lots of noise from the unit upstairs.

My husband is a builder and he built this duplex as a retirement plan :) . At some point we realized that there is nothing closer than 20 min away from Waxhaw where you can find a place to stay for a few days or so.
