The Space:
All the shopping, restaurants, nightlife, golfing, biking, hiking and major annual events are all only minutes away in the heart of trendy north Scottsdale. Three miles from Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter or Desert Ridge. Close to Phoenix Open, Barrett Jackson, Arabian Horse show, and MLB spring training at Talking Stick and close to Musical Instrument Museum or Sweet Salvage (once a month).
All linens, pillows towels provided for guests. Iron and ironing board, and hairdryers provided.

My company, Luxury Cashflow LLC is a full-service short term rental investment and management company. I believe a great Airbnb experience starts with a great host experience. I want to ensure a streamlined pre-check-in process and I'll always try to make myself available for mid-stay questions/concerns. I've hired an awesome staff of cleaning and maintenance personnel that can arrive on-site at a moment's notice if needed. I offer all guests my personal cell phone and do everything I can to make sure my guests have the best experience possible. I'm also a full-time real estate agent with expertise in finding high yield investment opportunities within the Scottsdale/ Paradise Valley, and northern Phoenix areas.
