Fabulous home near the heart of everything. Minutes away from U of U, Westminster, Hogle Zoo and downtown Salt Lake. Just a short walk to the trendy 9th and 9th district where you will find coffee shops, delicious restaurants, yoga studios and much more. Easy freeway access to get to Park City Ski Resorts as well as local favorites like Snowbird and Alta. This luxury retreat is equipped with a backyard oasis including hot tub, sauna, fire pit, and bbq. Recently remodeled. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR SOCIAL GATHERINGS.

Just East of Downtown Salt Lake City you will find our beautiful home filled with all the modern comforts you expect plus some extra amenities to make your stay more special. Our home features two bedrooms and one bathroom on the main level and two bedrooms and one bathroom on the lower level with an additional flex space for extra sleeping. We welcome you to our beautiful backyard equipped with a hot tub, sauna, fire pit and bbq. It is the perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying time with friends and family.
Equipped with a doorbell camera and backyard camera for your safety. With Covid being a heavy topic on everyones mind, rest assured we have invested in specialized electronic equipment to clean the home between each stay for your safety.

Great spot with plenty of room

We came for Pioneer Days and rodeo's! Two families. We had plenty of room and all the conveniences of home plus a lovely outside space complete with fire pit, sauna, and grill! Surprise perk, it's across the street from where the movie High School Musical was filmed! Totally recommend!

Perfect little house

Came down for a jiujitsu tournament with 3 others and there was plenty of space for all of us, plus soaking in the hot tub after competition was perfect. Would stay again in a heartbeat

We absolutely loved our stay here. Very clean, newly renovated and close to everything. The hosts are great and are very responsive. Their backyard setup was perfect after a day on the slopes. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect place for the family!

This house (particularly the backyard) was PERFECT for our large family. We very comfortably slept and made sit down dinners for our group every evening. We loved the location right by the campus so that we could explore the area on foot, but the real highlight was the backyard. The whole family used the hot tub, sauna, and fire pit each day after skiing. If you want to spend time together as a group this house is the one for you!

Perfect family weekend house

We really enjoyed this home! It was close to the university of Utah and allowed us to help move our daughters young family during our stay! The hot tub and sauna as well as the fire place/grill was perfect every evening to bring us together to visit and enjoy each other. The high chair/playback and comfortable beds were much appreciated as it made our stay very nice!

Short family vacation

Wife had training in SLC. We used that as an excuse to make a short family vacation to Utah. The house was excellent! Beautifully kept and easily accessible to all parts of Salt Lake City. Would definitely stay here again

The cutest house with all of the amenities

We booked this house for a brief ski trip. We loved it! Great area of town, lots of room, stocked with everything we needed and a perfect backyard with a hot tub, sauna, and beautiful fireplace. We will not hesitate to return!

Second visit

This property is everything it says on the site. Its very clean, well appointed and the communication with the owners is very easy. We stayed here a year ago and it was great to see how well maintained the place is a year later. we (a party of five adults and one teenager) were all able to relax and enjoy this space and not ever feel crowded. The air conditioning worked like a charm during very hot days. The location is perfect and quiet.

Perfect for our Family Search Library Visit

The house was exactly as described in the write up and pictures. We were a group of women coming to Salt Lake City for genealogy research at the Family Search Library. This house was a 10-15 minute drive from the library. The house was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable and we appreciated the TVs in each bedroom. The house has everything you need for your stay. The neighborhood is quiet and within a few blocks of a large grocery store. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and fully stocked cooking accessories

This house was perfectly located for our Alta skiing adventure. Kitchen had just the right tools and staple pantry items for us to cook some meals at the house. Outside amenities (sauna, fire pit and jacuzzi) were perfect and easy to turn on. Host provided a really great reference book with a guide to the house as well as local community amenities. Kids were super thrilled to realize the house sits directly across the street from the HS that the movie “High School Musical” was filmed at. Great house!
