Vacation Vibes! Breezy, beachfront condo with floor to ceiling windows and spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and the white sand of Daytona Beach.

*** Please read! Prices are reduced due to construction. White Surf Condos continues to make repairs following Hurricanes Ian, Nicole and Milton. A new sea wall, new pool and new patio are complete as of June 2024. There will be construction to replace all balconies beginning September 2024 through August 2025. The pool will be closed September 23 - June 1, 2025. Weather may cause delays in this schedule.***

Now for the good stuff! The fully stocked and modern kitchen features granite countertops, deep sink, bright lights, and soft-close cabinets and drawers. There is a blender, toaster, tea kettle, and coffee maker. The condo is close to a supermarket and several restaurants are within walking distance. Additional features include keyless entry, Ecobee smart thermostat, and high speed internet.

Play all day - boogie boards, surfboard, bikes, beach chairs, football, volleyball, frisbee, and sand toys will keep kids of all ages entertained. The condo has games and cards plus 50 inch smart TVs, DVD players and high speed WiFi. There are two big sofas for movie night - or naps - you choose. Or sink into the big easy chair and tackle your reading list.

Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean in the primary suite furnished with king size bed, crisp white linens, plenty of pillows, a 50 inch smart TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom's spacious adjoining bathroom is bright and clean with plenty of luxurious towels. When you wake, enjoy a cup of coffee as you watch the sunrise over the Atlantic.

The guest bedroom includes two queen beds, Roku smart TV, and a large closet to hang all your towels after a day at the beach. The guest bathroom has a generously sized shower, and tons of fresh linens.

The White Surf Condominium complex offers tennis, basketball, pickleball, game-room, and a sauna. There is also a common room that can be reserved for large gatherings. One parking space is reserved for you inside the secure parking garage - Max height 6’2’’, on the upper level. Additional parking is found on a first-come, first-served basis.

Beautiful View - wonderful condo!

We loved that it was on the ground floor so it was easy to move things in and out. The pictures of the condo are exactly how we thing it. The weather was not cooperative but we enjoy the views right out the patio door. The owners were quick to respond to our questions, the property manager was helpful as well.We plan to return!

Family vacation

My husband and I stayed in the condo while family stayed in another. The first floor location was great, especially unloading and loading the truck. The beach view was awesome. We saw dolphins almost daily and even saw numerous manatees one day. The condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Our full size truck barely fit in the garage so be aware if you have a larger vehicle or a car topper parking outside the garage is first come first serve.

St. Patrick's Day Fun

This is our second time staying in this property. It is very nice and clean, beds are comfy. We like the ease of the first floor and garage parking. We also like that its a little farther south from the touristy areas of Daytona. A couple of cons this time is that the pool wasnt ready yet due to the hurricane so our first floor scenery was not the greatest, the bathroom drains are very slow to drain, the shower water pressure is not the best if both showers are in use at the same time. The bicycle tires were flat and couldnt be used. Regardless of these things we wouldnstill definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

Property felt spacious for a two bedroom and was perfect for a family getaway. Clean, well maintained and right on the beach. The areas under repair only added a couple minutes to walk around the side of the building to the beach below. Assigned, covered, secure parking right across from the front door was nice.

Nice Condo

Nice condo but in older building. Outside building looks old and peeling. Great views from condo. The location was great if I was coming just for the beach. Not a lot was going on related to the fall bike rally, the location was further down from all the bike rally stuff. It worked out for my friends and I so we know next time where we need to stay. Condo could use some updating in general, but good price for what we needed it for.

Everything about this condo was wonderful, with the exception of work on the wall/pool, beginning early in the morning and going all afternoon. There was also no direct access to the beach. We knew there would be no pool, but we didn’t realize renovations would be occurring right in front of our condo the entire week.

Perfect location

We were in Daytona because our son is starting at Northwest Lineman College next week and was moving into his apartment. This condo was minutes from his apartment and fairly close to the school as well. The amazing views and close proximity to the beach, were huge bonuses! The construction going on to rebuild the hurricane damage was an inconvenience especially with this condo being on the ground floor. The workers were literally walking passed your patio all day and some days the noise was pretty loud. However, the cleanliness of the condo and amazing sunrises made it all worthwhile!

Teri grew up close to the beach and Chad grew up in the mountains. We love anything outdoorsy and spend our free time skiing, camping, mountain biking, floating rivers, hanging out at the beach, or attending summer concerts.

Why they chose this property

When our son moved to Florida we knew we wanted a place of our own so we could visit him for extended periods of time. We are still getting to know the area but we have already found so many fun things to do and see. Some of our favorites are watching rocket launches, manatee tours, biking on the beach, and just swimming in the warm waters right out the front door. In fact, we loved this condo because you can literally walk out the sliding glass doors to the pool and the beach. You never have to enter the lobby or wait for an elevator. And with floor to ceiling windows the view is incredible.

What makes this property unique

The proximity to Dunlawton Avenue is a perk we didn't quite anticipate but we love love love the location! There are several great restaurants within walking distance - and when you do need to drive it's quick and easy to get anywhere you want to go. Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, New Smyrna Beach/Canaveral National Seashore or the Daytona International Speedway are all easy drives from the condo. Disney World and Universal Studios are just over an hour drive, which makes a day trip to your favorite amusement park a possibility.
