This is a great location to everything as well as being tucked away and having plenty of relaxing privacy. The grounds are nice and plenty of parking, the cabin is large and nicely set up. Would stay again!
This place is great! Very close to seven springs, so definitely worth it if you’re planning on taking a ski trip and everything was clean plus stocked up for our weekend.
Loved this cabin for 7s winter getaway! Perfect for family with teens and our small Shihpoo puppers! Cabin is super clean and has all the amenities you would need.
We have stayed on property a bunch of times over the years and enjoyed this experience much more! Would definitely stay again.
We went for the seven springs ski resort and it was only 10 minutes away from the house! Much cheaper and easier then any hotels (which were also further away). Also the host responded immediately every time! Even at 11 at night! Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.
Owner was great at responding to questions. Nice Cabin for the price. Would suggested four wheel drive in winter weather. The owner very helpful with salting and plowing the hill on the street. Would stay again.
The Cozy Cabin was perfect for our weekend trip for our son's 16th birthday. Nice and close to Seven Springs resort and hiking trails.
Kory was easy to communicate with and THANK YOU for having a shovel on the side porch. We arrived very late at night after 6-8 inches of fresh snow had fallen.
Kitchen was very well stocked and we loved that there were Valentine's decorations out. :)
We will definitely be back!
We all felt really comfortable at this house. All the beds were great! We used the wood burning stove in the basement. We also used the smart TV’s. The location was perfect to Seven Springs for a weekend of skiing. We were even able to spent an extra night.
We stayed for a holiday weekend ski trip at Seven Springs, conveniently under 10 minutes away. The cabin is basic, nothing fancy, but perfect as a crash pad after a day on the slopes. The downstairs bedroom is open into the communal area and not really a bedroom. There is a fold out table with stools in the kitchen, but no dining area. I’m glad my teen boys thought the basement was cool and didn’t mind sleeping there, because personally the downstairs was not inviting for me as it had a dungeon-like vibe and there was a large container of wood for the wood stove by the bed, and I am not fond of spiders. Maybe a lid on the wood box would have made me feel more comfortable.

We all wanted to get together for a little ski trip and this place had everything we needed, including a tiny light up Christmas tree!!! Very clean, great space for everyone!
This was a FANTASTIC place to stay. It had absolutely everything that we could imagine needing. The owner was very easy to communicate with and always responded right away. The decor was beautiful and I felt at home. We can’t wait to go back. LOVE IT!!!
Kory was super accommodating with dates of rental and allowed us to bring our pets, and she was quick to respond if I had any questions while in the cabin. Location was easy to find, very private and quiet, and perfect for hiking in the nearby State Parks, and trips to Kentuck Knob, Ohiopyle, and Powdermill Nature Center. We saw lots of wildlife and heard the owls every night. The side porch was very nice for outdoor dining. Water pressure good for showers and the towels were nice and thick. WiFi worked well. We did not use the TV or the downstairs area. The interior decorating is tasteful and nice, just as pictured. Well stocked with TP, paper towels, trash bags, spices, coffee and condiments. The kitchen was a bit cramped with the table in the middle of the room and not as easy to prepare meals in as my house (of course!) but we made it work. The beer, seltzer and wine left for us was much appreciated, tho!
Home was very warm and welcoming, it truly was a home away from home. Owner was very helpful in helping us with tv issues. The property was also beautiful. Owner also left plenty of fire wood which was awesome and a bottle of wine and some home made food. Overall loved our stay
This is the second time my family has stayed here and we love it. Its such a cozy, woodsy cabin but is also very homey and comfortable. Kory is kind and nice to work with. Worth a stay!
