• SHOPPING & DINING! Just steps away is the main street, Mission Blvd., with endless shopping, dining, and entertainment. Our guests are provided a comprehensive list of recommended local eats and discount codes for rental shops.
• WATER ACTIVITIES! If you're looking for something other than boogie boarding and swimming in the ocean, we are located just across the street to Mission Bay and water rentals shops, including jet skiing, wakeboarding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
• RESERVATION CONFIRMATION | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will be sent a Welcome package that includes (but not limited to) such items as arrival instructions, parking, wifi, local eats, & area attractions.

Not Fancy but clean and nice

Condo was clean and comfortable. Area quiet and friendly. I would only recommend that an area map along with restaurant and things to do in the immediate area be left on premise. Also the large wall clock in working condition would be helpful.

Great location!

This property is in a great location steps away from Mission Beach, but very calm on the Bay Walk. It is right in the center of the Bay Walk with people walking, running, and biking right in front during the day, but very quiet at night. The property was very clean and stocked with everything you might need. The bed was super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Communication was great. Property management responded quickly to request for a room fan. Felt like it was 15 minutes to all the sights. Quiet space on the Mission Bay side with 2 minute access to the Pacific Ocean.

Bayside beauty

property as advertised - great location, easy to get to and the parking is excellent - nice patio area too - one thing to keep in mind is that the bathroom is small and the door opens in, right in front of the toilet so the space to enter the bathroom is tight, even if you aren't a person of size. Property is well set up otherwise - good amenities, nice floor plan. Bed is comfy and not to hight (so good for those of use with shorter legs!) kitchen area is well set-up for eating in if that's your preference. Bayside location is nice because it's quieter - right on the path that traverses the length of the bayside with easy access to beach volleyball set-up and views across to the rowing club.

Wonderful!

Perfect location on the quite side of Mission Beach but just a short walk to the hustle and bustle on the Pacific side. Morning coffee on the patio watching the paddle boarders, runners and bikers was the perfect way to start the day. One of the best VRBOs that we have stayed at.

So relaxing and peaceful!

We needed to get away to someplace relaxing and peaceful, and this place did not disappoint! This place was very clean, well furnished and the location, being on the bayside, made for a peaceful, and relaxing stay. The ocean is just a short walk… maybe 4 minutes, and other places such as restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping were just a short drive away. We enjoyed our stay so much we did not want to leave, and we are already talking about scheduling another trip back in the springtime.

If ya like totally inaccurate descriptions this for you. If ya like a musty smell then this is for you if ya like staying in a one car garage then this is for you. All pictures were photoshopped. Do not bring a truck. No room in parking spot. The photo of the spot eliminated all the complexes electrical equipment directly in front of where your vehicle is allowed. Had to park off site. Never again

Perfect located, nice and clean condo!

The condo is perfect located in a safe and quiet area. There are many restaurants you can reach without the car. The studio has everything you need. Perfect for two. If you have a sensitive sleep, maybe all the lights (microwave, wlan, van …) are disturbing. Also you hear every step in the unite above. We used an eyemask and it was ok. I asked surfstyle vacations for more towels, 3 for 9 days with 2 people, weren’t enough. There was no response and no additional towels have been provided. So I had to wash. But this was no reason for us, not to love the place and give 5 stars!

Our 4 day San Diego trip

We enjoyed our stay. The property was a little small. But that's to be expected in Mission Bay. Our real only complaint of the property was the entrance to the bathroom. The toilet was in such a location that we couldn't open the door fully. I'm a bigger guy so trying to get in and out of that bathroom, especially at night when I get up to use the toilet, it's a bit of a pain. Other than that we had a great time.

Petite Bay front condo

My husband and I stayed at this cute condo over Labor Day weekend. The location was great! It was right on the bay with a small patio next to the walking path. There was also a designated parking spot behind the building. The room was petite but included everything needed for a short stay. For two people, the space was perfect!The AC was appreciated considering it was unusually warm out. We felt like it was a safe area and quiet at night. San Diego is a great place to visit!

Nice unit, area is VERY crowded and the unit is not on the actual ocean, it's on an inlet/cove that is not for swimming, just boating, etc...only downer was there were only two towels for a three day stay...there was a very loud family staying in the unit above us and they had the washer and dryer going the entire time so we never had a chance to wash the towels so we had to reuse the same ones for three days.

Nice place.

Great location on Bayside Walk. Nice beach in front. Unit had beach chairs. Only two complaints. One, state in listing that no visitors are allowed. We are in our 70’s and hoped to have our niece and baby stop by to see us and play in the sand. Us party? Heavens no! Property manager said no. Also, soap in shower was a sliver sized bar. A quick trip to the grocery solved this but it felt chinsey in an otherwise decent unit.
