Perfection!

We couldn't have been happier with this property! Location was just two minutes from the convention center, so back and forth over both days was super quick. The property itself was SUPER quiet, we rarely saw other people. Parking was never an issue. Bed was more comfortable that mine at home. Would absolutely stay here again!

Giant condo, spacious and comfortable, close to OCC

Great facility, and location to OCC. Be sure to provision well on front end; trash bags, corkscrew, paper towels and spices not provided (although we left a corkscrew.) Nice kitchen and seating bar; comfortable balcony, big bedrooms. Very comfortable place.

Great place 5 star would stay again.

Condo was larger than expected which was great. Best beds and pillows of anyplace Ive stayed awesome to get a good nights sleep. Pool area was very nice. Location is great close to everything you'd need in Orlando. Host communication was great thanks for a great stay. 5 star would stay agian!

Great Home Away From Home

The condo is stunning! Pool table is a nice touch. There were some kitchen items that we did end up needing that weren't provided, such as a pan for the oven and can opener, but overall it was well equipped. Close to everything, and the pool and hot tub were great to end each night!

Over all nice with a couple suggestions

Overall the condo is a very nice place to stay. For being a three bedroom two bath home the water heater is way under sized for the house. Only one person can shower at a time. The sectional couch is getting worn out and is due to be replaced. It would be nice if you would let a spare roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The ice maker does not make ice.

Great location!

This property is in a great location. Near the resort entrance gates making it easy to meet an Uber. The resort pool/clubhouse was a short walk down the nature path. Would definitely stay again!

What a beautiful spacious home. Although a very quick visit we were very pleased with everything. The cleanliness and space were amazing. Communication was very easy and access was smooth. We’d love to return in the future for a longer stay.

Wonderful 3br Resort Condo in Orlando

I had a great stay and everything was exactly as shown in the photos. Things were clean spacious and comfortable. The amenities on the property as well as places near were great. The resorrt has gated entry and was quiet. Great location close to the Orange County Convention Center as well as tons of themeparks and shopping.

A great place

The place was really full of space and very comfortable. It was great for a weekend get together! Only negatives I could say is the tv’s weren’t smart tvs and you have to pay for pool table ($1 a game). Otherwise , the place was truly convenient for a simple small vacation. Plus it’s around many fun things to do here in Orlando . Thank you Frank !

Convenient location to Convention Center

Within walking distance to the convention center which saved us time and expense of parking. Clean and well maintained. Will stay again next year.

Perfect location for Rosen center swim meet!

We stayed at Frank's Vista Cay Condo while we were in Orlando for a swim meet at the Rosen Center. The proximity to the pool was perfect and gave our swimmers the perfect amount of space to rest and wind down in between sessions. Publix was right there for any necessities. The beds were VERY comfortable, which you don't find too often in a VRBO, and the condo wasn't noisy at all. We had a wonderful stay, and this condo was exactly what we needed while we were there. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Universal Family trip

15 min to Universal. Grocery and restaurants in walking distance. Very large heated pool w a bar and bartender. The condo was very clean. Lots of space for family of 5 to spread out. Pool table was an added bonus on days we stayed in to rest. Washer and dryer worked great. Excellent water pressure. Easy parking.

Not clean

When we checked in the place was dirty from previous guests - we thought they would come home that night while we were there. I notified property manager - someone came the next day to clean but did not clean out the half eaten pizza or food from the fridge. I notified property manager again and it took 2 more days for then to clean fridge - they never cleaned out the freezer that had a lot of food in it. There was no trash bags, dishwasher tabs, bath soap or shampoo left. The place could be nice but the cleanliness and the lack of response or care to fix the issue would make me look for another place. There is a pool table but it takes quarters - once we put in quarters we found out there was no cue ball - took another 2 days to get a cue ball. Again it could be a nice place but the attention to cleanliness was unheard of from all VRBO places I have stayed before.

Need overall cleaning

Dirty vents, molds, AC-Heat not working properly - display a pool table, it is a vendor one needing a $1 each time and on top of that NO cue ball. Internet / Cable TV was not working properly, needed to re-do all the wiring for this by myself! I've rented in this area from other renter and from Vista Cay resort, but this property is the worst I did rented - BTW If needed I did took pictures the vents all over the apartment, showing how dirty they are, full of mold

Very spacious 2001 sq feet condo with high ceiling and balcony. 5 minutes from Disney World, 2 minutes from Universal Studios and Sea World. You can see Universal Studios fireworks from the terrace. Washer/Drier in the unit. All 3 bedrooms have queen size beds with pillow top mattresses and TV. 55" brnd new TV in living room. Wifi internet, pool table, very comfortable couch in living room with 4 recliners. Check in is all electronic.
The condo is right behind the convention center, one of the best locations. 2 minute lakeside walk to the pool and amenities. Parking in front of condo. Wheelchair accessible.
