Bel appartement tout confort avec tous les équipements nécessaires, bien situé dans une résidence agréable à proximité immédiate du Pouliguen (marché, port...). Propriétaire disponible et à l'écoute. Tout s'est bien passé !

Séjour parfait

Appartement très bien situé face au port et un beau jardin avec fontaine, proche du Pouliguen à pied avec ses commerces , marché plurihebdomadaire et restaurants. Propriétaires charmants, accueillants. Appartement spacieux, calme, tout juste refait à neuf, très fonctionnel et hyper équipé : vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, électroménager.... Beau mobilier de qualité. Bonne connexion internet. Plage, avenue de Gaulle, côte sauvage et gare à pied sans problème. Une très bonne adresse .
