Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 10:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 10:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €350 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Odor Post-stay: €450.
Extra Key: Reserved for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost Keys: Fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key if left on the door or inside the apartment.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Keys: Do not leave keys on the door or inside.
Noise: Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.
Elevator: The building's elevator is currently out of service indefinitely due to unforeseen circumstances. No reimbursement or compensation requests will be accepted for this inconvenience.

Internet Etiquette:
Usage: Avoid using internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation.
Malfunctions: Any internet malfunctions from telecom operators are not our responsibility and won't lead to compensation.

Professional Usage & Photography:
No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial uses are allowed without prior approval. Contact us for specific rates and permissions.

Age Requirement:
The minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under the age of 23 will only be allowed to enter in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
