The villa is situated in the town of Byala, one of the most quiet Bulgarian coastline tourist destinations. The location of the closed area compound where the villa is situated is 450 meter from the beach, in the outskirts of the town.
The villa is 3 store, each of them with one shared spacy bathroom, living room is situated on the first level, having an adjoining terrace with a gas BBQ, on the second floor are situated 2 bedrooms with shared terrace with sea view and a shared bathroom with hydromassage tub suitable for 2-3 persons, on the 3-d floor is situated the third bedroom with its shared bathroom and a big terrace with BBQ and view to the sea, field, the town of Byala and the whole compound and the pool area.
The common area of the compound is having green gardens, 2 pools - one with a diameter of almost 11 m. for adults, having a Jacuzzi in the middle, small children pool with a diameter of almost 5 m.
The villa is having its own parking for one vehicle, for more arrangement with the Management is needed.
There are several Restaurants and shops in a walking distance, better by car if carrying heavy stuff. Management offers transport to shops, Airports, shopping tours, wine tours etc.
Byala beach is very nice, not crowded, sea water is comfortably warm from the the end of May to the end of September (average), still depends of weather conditions at the moment.
Very suitable destination for families searching for quiet vacation.
