Coffee shops, boutiques, Barbeque, pizza, bars, and a grocery store are all just a short trip away. Our charming, detached loft apartment is perfect for guests who want to come and go as they please, have a quiet place to work, relax, unwind, and feel like a local in one of Nashville's most sought-after neighborhoods!

We are always available through our messaging system for any additional amenity requested. Otherwise, guests are left to enjoy their time here.

You'll be tucked away in a charming neighborhood, centrally located between historic Belmont and Midtown, a quick drive away from great shopping at Green Hills, and walkable to 12 th South.

While we can't accommodate early check-ins and check-outs, we allow guests to drop their bags after noon on the day of check-in. Our home is a private second-story apartment above a detached garage. You can come and go as you please. The loft beams with beautiful, inspiring light and is ready for a clean, quiet, and intimate stay.

Uber/ Lyft can take you to the famous Broadway live music venues for a night (or day) out on the town in about 10 minutes. :)

- Parties and/ or Events are not permitted at this property & may result in the removal of your group from the premises without a refund.
