Upon entering the first-floor common area you will find a full over full bunk bed, complete with a large flat-screen TV. A first-floor guest suite provides sleeping for four in two queen size beds, additionally, fit with a flat-screen TV and providing access to a private ensuite equipped with a tub/shower combination. 

Hop on the elevator for a smooth transition to the second-floor main living area, providing an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room. You'll take pleasure in cooking a gourmet meal in the next-level kitchen, equipped with a Wolf gas range, stainless steel appliances, and sleek quartz countertops; then savor that meal in the dining area offering seating for eight, additional seating for four can be found at the breakfast bar. After a day at the beach kick-back in the living room, furnished with a plush sofa and equipped with a large flat-screen TV; or drink-in the hot Summer nights on the balcony with your favorite cocktail.
