Welcome to my home!

I am pleased to welcome you in my charming 33 square meters apartment, located on the 3rd floor in the heart of the 3rd district of Paris.
It is suitable for a tourist or professional stay and can accommodate 2 people.
You will stay close to the Palais Garnier, and you will be very well served by public transport to visit the other tourist sites of the capital!

My apartment is charming, bright and well equipped. It will be perfect for a romantic stay!

It can accommodate 2 people and is composed of an open bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a clean shower room and a nicely decorated living room with a TV and a dining area, where you can have your meals or relax after an intense day.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

My apartment is located near: various bars, restaurants and shops; several museums such as: the Arts et Métiers museum and the Pompidou Center; and the Porte Saint-Denis at 9 minutes walk.
For your daily shopping, you will find a Carrefour City and a Monoprix, respectively at 4 minutes and 5 minutes on foot.

You will be very well served by the different public transport to stroll around the city and discover the tourist sites that make the city famous! The Palais Garnier is 13 minutes away by metro, the Louvre Museum is 16 minutes away, Notre-Dame Cathedral is 17 minutes away, the Pantheon is 26 minutes away and the Eiffel Tower is 36 minutes away.

The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!

Indivisible from the famous district of the Marais which also extends over most of the 4th arrondissement and which constitutes the quieter part, the 3rd arrondissement is one of the places of Paris the most pleasant to live, as long as you like calm. "Sophisticated village", the 3rd arrondissement contains several open-air markets, a huge covered flower market and numerous specialized food shops, notably along Rue de Bretagne.
