## Neighborhood

Located two steps away from Parc des Lices, 10 min from the historical center, you will be in the best place to enjoy all the attractions of the city. In addition to being close to the train station and the Zénith, you will be 15 min away from the Museum of Art and 20 min from the marina. You will also be able to discover the nice little streets of the city center, its beautiful sunny squares and various museums and theaters. In a 15-min walk, you will be able to enjoy the Provençal market of Cours Lafayette as well as the Mayol Center with its shopping malls; and among the numerous bars and restaurants around your accommodation, we recommend the Gaetano Pizzeria with its lovely view of the marina, or Le Pointu restaurant. Lastly, the beautiful beaches of Mourillon are only a 10-min drive away.
