This is a house converted to 3 units. You will here random person in a bedroom next to you. Ants on the counters. This unit is misrepresented and not transparent on the type of property that it is

Sacramento House Entrance information a nightmare . No communication !!! Left messages , no answer . Then mailbox full !! Finally answered after numerous calls Only 3 bath towels for 11 nights. No bath face cloths for makeup. The instructions in bathroom say “Do Not Wash Any Items “ 3 smoke detectors and the Cabon Monoxide detector were inoperable . The carbon monoxide one was expired. Never did fix it . I contacted him immediately and he said they would come the next day . Asked him to come by 9:00 am as we had holiday commitments. Came at 3:00 pm after arranging 2:00-2:30 pm . Couch cushions are wore out. Oven is filthy. 100’s Bugs/Ants crawling on the kitchen cupboard doors . Texted him . He never replied for over 24 hours.We took care of that ourselves. There was a 3/4 inch gap under the entrance door . Big enough for snakes , rats , mice , what ever, let alone ants !! We have pictures of everything including the expired carbon monoxide sensor which is still expired. We spent the first part of our stay trying to coordinate the handyman and make arrangements to be present to fix stuff that should have been done prior to arrival. A task impossible with host that take 24 hours to reply . We didn’t trust contractors in the house with all our personal belongings without us present . We were there to watch our granddaughter play 12 ball games in 10 days so looking for and moving to another VRBO was not an option. However my wife and I feel that a refund of some kind , possibly 50% is appropriate. We did stay against our better judgment so we feel there was some value .

The house was clean and comfortable. It was a good place to stay.
The owner did not provide us with the password to get into the house. We were outside in the dark and waiting in the cold and rain. We tried sending a message and calling him with no response. I think it was a neighbor who was outside by the house who knew the owners mother who somehow let her son know we couldn’t get in. Then we were sent the Code. Other than that is was a good place to stay. Quiet neighborhood. We were not happy about the lack of communication after we had driven 9 hrs to get there.

The house was really nice. The only problem we had was the toilet being clogged and not being able to use. So it was unfortunate not being able to use the bathroom until it got replaced. But overall it was good clean home and would recommend staying here.

Very clean!
This place was very clean and comfortable, just right for what we needed. The main unit has two bedrooms, which was a little confusing, but one of our travelers couldn’t make it, and we only needed two bedrooms anyway. The owner was very responsive and sent extra towels when we needed them. We struggled with the wifi a bit.

Truly a great stay!!
I was skeptical about renting this house at first because of some of the reviews I read but everything was complete opposite of what I expected… I don’t know why people are saying that this house has roaches, but this house does NOT have roaches at all… it’s a very clean, spacious, cozy, beautiful home and the host was very responsive and very helpful with any questions that I had for him…I play my loud speaker and sound system to the max with music to help me sleep and there was no complaints from any neighbors or anything within my 3 day stay here….if he’ll have us again, I’ll definitely be staying often.

Quick response to a problem
First, Luis' home is very nicely appointed, clean and modern. Four bedrooms with two bathrooms, all recently re modeled. We found a pretty substantial leak under the kitchen sink, which Luis was willing to send a plumber out ON CHRISTMAS, but we declined his offer and worked around the issue. The stove needs to be either have two of four control knobs replaced.,..perhaps the whole unit needs to be replaced as only one of four burners worked, again we managed uust fine. Overall, the experience was terrific, Luis was responsive and we all had a WONDERFUL Christmas.

DO NOT STAY HERE! ESPECIALLY BUSINESSES!
At first sight it seems like the dream stay but after night 1 the nightmare began. I took 5 clients with me for an annual trip. The next morning we discovered there was another person staying in the garage and has been for months. He seemed cool at first so we didn't mind until we seen multiple person's in and out at all times of the night as if they're druggies. Thereafter, we discovered there was rats in the house and a basket of burned clothes in the back corner of the backyard. We received no incentive or communication except he was sorry 😐. The following day they waited until we were gone and sent a "cleaning crew" which was him( I have the messages to prove it) and stole one of my clients phone. Then had the audacity to steal his identity ordering multiple computers and replacement towel to the same exact address for their next victims. Sacramento police is aware and is in full investigation. PLEASE BE AWARE!!

Not a good experience
This house did not look like it was ready for guests to stay in. There were no wash cloths available no paper towels to clean up no toilet paper and no broom. There was literally nothing in this house that should've been. One of the beds had crumbs in it when we arrived! And there were many baby roaches in the house. I did not receive any check in information prior to my check in date and had to call the property manager several times before he told me how to check in. By far the worst rental experience i have ever had.

The house was dirty and lots of damages.
We had a horrible experience. The floor was dirty, there was very little supplies in the house, the furniture had wear and tares, walls and doors had holes in them, one closet door was broken, one bed was broken, some spots of the floor were broken, the fans were not cleaned in months, and the house smelled like weed.

we never got into property!
this just sums it up: we never got into the property & had to find a hotel room at 10pm at night because the owner never communicated with us for check-in! we never got the access codes & when we finally got the codes at 9:50pm, the whole house was filthy and never cleaned from the previous renters. the beds were slept in & there were used wet towels all over the house. i’ve never experienced this before in all my years of renting. i still have not spoken to owners & its 9:45am as i type from my hotel room!

Nice neighborhood. Close to interstate. 4 bedrooms. Plenty of room and comfortable. Manager very responsive. No issues and we were able to watch are fireworks.

Overall my stay was pleasant
I went to Sac with a small group of friends for my birthday. We had a small issue checking in the house but after speaking to the host we were able to get in. The neighborhood was pretty quiet all night. The bedrooms are all nice size.... it’s cool for a short stay

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house is so roomy and every room is so homey. It was like we felt right in palace. The property manager is very good at communicating and answering any questions we had. Also, the check in/out ran smooth. It was an awesome place for the great price. I felt very safe as they have fence, gated door, and everything. I will defientyly be staying here again next time I visit Sacramento with friends and family!
