When you return from full days of excitement, the interior will greet you with tropical themes and loads of natural light. The first floor offers a primary suite, open living room, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a sunroom with a wet bar, wine fridge, and beer meister. The second floor features the remaining bedrooms and the loft. Enjoy the outdoors on this home's front porch and rear screened porch, offering access to the large private backyard.
Extra perks include central air-conditioning and a private washer. Five smart TVs, six Blu-ray players, an iPod docking station, Keurig, a library of books, board games, an outdoor shower, a gas grill, and WiFi will make entertaining a breeze.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Effective January 1, 2024, guest amenity passes will be provided at no additional charge. Fees still apply for golfing. The passes must be picked up and returned to the Vacasa local office and a fee of $50.00 for each lost/unreturned pass will be assessed.
Streaming is available with guests' own accounts.
The indoor pool is only open during the off-season.
Guests may reserve tee times for the on-site public golf course at the pro shop.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
