You'll be a short walk away from Sea Colony's half-mile of private guarded beach and from the community's oceanfront pools and fitness room. This first-level retreat also features a living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a den with queen-size bunk beds, a full bathroom, and two bedrooms which include the main bedroom. You'll also have central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, three TVs, a DVD player, and even free WiFi.

Sea Colony features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools, two of which are indoor, world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and noted by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.

THINGS TO KNOW
The 'door' for the third bedroom is an accordion-style door that separates the sleeping area from the rest of the living area.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

**Sea Colony will have ongoing construction from September through May. There will be construction noise that may be heard in the surrounding homes. Please be aware that this may be loud at times.

The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.

Sea Colony Parking Passes
Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.
1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass
3+ Badges = 2 Parking Passes

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
