Overlook the surf and sand from this fifth floor, three-bedroom (with den), two-bath oceanfront condo! Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this newly renovated for 2021, one-level resort retreat features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, den, full hallway bathroom, and two bedrooms, including the main suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer, and more. Accessible without stairs. Four TVs and WiFi.

Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great week.

Broken Fridge and Freezer

Unfortunately, the fridge and freezer didn’t work. Despite calling Vacasa several times, the issue wasn’t resolved and we lost an entire fridge and freezer worth of food, and didn’t have ice. I’ve stayed at Sea Colony every year for the last 25 years and this was very disappointing.

Needs cleaning

Floors were dirty, food on the fridge, sand everywhere and generally not clean. They send someone to re-clean (she was super nice and helpful) but it was only so much she could do. This property needs a deep cleaning (windows so dirty could barely see through them) Otherwise has been recently renovated and will look really nice and comfortable (when cleaned)

511 Georgetowne was a great condo to rent

511 Georgetowne condo was very clean when we arrived. The check in and check out process was quick and easy. I would consider using resort quest in the future.
