Communication was easy and efficient. Home was very clean and well organized. Small home, but plenty of space; spacious living room, large screened in porch, 2nd floor deck and yard that extends to the water- all made the home feel larger. 2nd floor is open format with Queen + 4 twins. It's a very cute set up and very cozy for a family.
We came up for Clarkson's Family Weekend and enjoyed returning to this beautiful space rather than a hotel room. The house is hemmed in by two close homes, but it was entirely quiet and peaceful. We didn't hear or see another person the entire time.
Cute little cabin on the waterfront. Nicole turned the space heaters on for us before our arrival. We stayed in late October for Clarkson Family Weekend. The gorgeous dining area is in the screened in porch. One morning was a little crisp but we just moved one of the space heaters out there. We cooked 2 meals at the cabin and had everything we needed. We even baked cookies! I do suggest providing dishpans since you need to use the bottled water, not tap, to do dishes. I believe this would be more convenient and waste less! We were able to plug the sink as the washing basin with hot water from the stove. We do this often camping and at our hunting camp so were familiar with this. The furniture was comfortable and so were the beds. We were never cold. Nice and cozy! Our sons were able to fish and one even got brave enough to SUP! In October! Our daughter keeps asking to go "home to the cabin in the woods". It was a wonderful weekend and we thank you.
Everything was great. The kids loved the house and waterfront. From the sandy beach, to the dock and even the toys inside that the kids were able to play with, everything was perfect.
Our host had great communication with our family! We had a wonderful stay and accessible to the River was super easy. Thank you to our host for making. us feel at home!
