At this time this vacation rental is next to the construction site for the NEW LAZY RIVER and CABANA units.

This Residence overlooks the Quiet Pool and Spa with the Southern Sun and a Super View one only has to decide whether to stay home or take the FREE Beach Shuttle to Bonita Beach, which runs by appointment! Of course, you can also visit the Chickee Bar for a drink or snack! For exercise, workout in the Fitness Center at The Island House Clubhouse, or bike to Barefoot or Bonita Beaches. Other amenities include the HUGE Beach-Entry RESORT POOL, Billiards in the Clubhouse, and Poolside Chickee Bar & Grill Area where everybody meets everybody! Under-building parking and climate controlled storage are nice all year round! Bonita Village is in the heart of everything you will want to do when visiting SW Florida. Five Beaches only minutes away

Bonita Village was amazing. Only minutes away from five beaches, Publix, gas stations, and restaurants. The Condo came with all the comforts of home. The pools, hot tubs, and waterfall were beautiful and relaxing. Property Manager Pat was great from the inital booking till checkout. She was very helpful and quick to respond. We will definitely stay here again. The white sand and beautiful blue green water of the nearby beaches are addictive.

Great Long weekend

Stayed for a long weekend with our son who is doing an internship in fort Myers. Was great locations and the condo was just what we needed.

Amazing experience in Bonita Springs!

This property was absolutely beautiful!! They have updated it with new furniture and decor and when we walked in we were stunned! There is so much room for our family of 5 to move around and the condo was stocked with many things you never realize you need until you get there. (Like hangers, dish soap, towels, beach towels, kitchen utensils, vacuum, garbage bags, laundry soap, ziplock bags,etc) We have rented many vacation condos in the past but they NEvER had all this available. As for the rest of the property, it was also breathtaking and so clean. It was nice that they had grocery carts to use to carry your items from your car up to your room, both pools were beautiful and well taken care of. The exercise room was amazing. There were so many machines available and we really enjoyed that it overlooked the pool. The cleaning services of the property were always there every morning cleaning the pool and the chairs around the pool. They were always very friendly and helpful. Oh and be sure to be on the lookout for 3 massive sized Iguanas and a turtle in the pond. My kids LOVED spotting them almost daily. In the activity center you can also see pictures of the expansion they plan on building!! With a water park, stores and restaurants. We can not wait to come back and see all of that! Our family loved that we could get in the car and it was a short drive to the beach. We tried both Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach. Both were beautiful! We spent most of our time at Bonita Beach because of it feeling more touristy. We liked having Doc's right there to get food and drinks from, they also offered jet ski rentals and parasailing. The water was so clear and calm! My kids found tons of sand dollars and starfish! We also enjoyed that our condo was just a short drive to both Fort Meyers and Naples. There is also an AMAZING ice cream shop called Sweet Melissa's Ice Cream Shoppe right down the road from the condo and a Mini Golf Course. Also, two Surf Style stores, a Publix and so much more! I could go on and on about how wonderful our experience here was! Pat was also amazing to work with and our family can't wait to go back next year!!

Clean and spacious

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is very spacious, clean, and modern. We loved that you can get to the pool from the lanai. The furniture was very comfortable and kitchen well furnished. Check in and check out went very well. We liked this condo community overall as well. Even though we were there on a holiday weekend, the pool was is large, it never got crowded. We hope to be back!

December stay

Pool are was very nice. Gym was great and plus that there was a Peloton Bike and Tread. Condo was tight for 5 of us, master bed uncomfortable. Cable stopped working 2 of the 5 nights which for a December stay with early sunset very annoying. Disappointed that after sunset there was no landscape lighting or lighting st all around c the property. Would have been nice to sit outside in the evening.

Perfect getaway

We loved staying at Bonita Village, the apartment was very clean and accommodating. The village had everything we wanted, including gorgeous pool with waterfall, hot tub, fitness centre. The beach was a 5 min ride away and there were tons of activities in the area to do with the kids, (Naples zoo, children's museum, mini golf...next time we want to try one of the dolphin tours). Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a vacation getaway, can't wait to come back!

Great spot for our family

Loved the ease of getting to different places in the area, and while we didn't actually use the shuttle bus, loved the fact that it was available for use. The place was big, and had just about everything we could need. Our kids wanted to stay longer, and they want to come back soon!

Great spot for family vacations.♡

This location was perfect if your going as a couple or as a family. Everything is close by. Publix, theres two souvenier & beach stores, Lovers Key and Barefoot Beach. The room has plenty of clean towels, beach or pool towels, extra pillows comforter and sheets if you decide to ise the sofa bed. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking also has washer dryer . My husband enjoyed playing pool with the kids as I enjoyed getting a work out in at the gym. Ps: The Ac is amazing and the kind Bed and pillows slept like a baby. For me thats extremely rare I always wake up before 7am and have chronic shoulder and carpal tunnel paine when I wake up. Thats my norm... This week I slept until 9am that was an extra bonus. We loved the quiet pool with the hot tub. Entire premises is quiet which was another added bonus. Thank you for an amazing week we diffently will put this one down for the books. Quiet place to call home and oh so nice!

This property was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. We loved how roomy the unit was and fit our family of five with room to spare. Wonderful screened porch overlooking the quiet pool was great. Main pool was resort size and never busy during our stay. Property is minutes away from several beaches with plenty of food choices near by. Property was safe, clean and a perfect home base for long days at the beach. Property manager was outstanding, made everything easy with excellent communication throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay at this property again.

Amazing place!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean & had all the basic necessities. The swimming pool & clubhouse are a nice addition. It is close to everything. We will definitely stay there again !!

Lovely place

We enjoyed our stay. It was a very nice place, very clean. The pools were awesome and the clubhouse is redone very well. Having a tiki bar and a shuttle to the beach were both great add ons. The beach is minutes away. We had a few minor issues and the were fixed promptly. Great stay, would love to come back again with our kids.

Nice location and property

This unit was overlooking the quiet pool and was a quick elevator ride to the pool and garage. It was quiet, clean and located near many restaurants and a 5 min drive to the beach. The condo was very well appointed with all you need for a fun vacation at the beach.
