About this property

Recently built, stunning, luxuriously furnished, and spacious water-fronted villas on the prestigious Rodney Bay Marina, all a short walk from local amenities. The ideal holiday location, with most things that you need to complete your holiday within 2 mins walk. All the villas at this secure location are self-contained and benefits from the constant gentle cool sea breeze. With the beach being so close the pool is never crowded. Very fast and reliable Fibre-Optic Wi-Fi in all parts of the building and grounds. Private Netflix a/c provided.
THE SPACE
The property is in a detached building, with access to a communal pool and water-front moorings. It is a short walk from most amenities, from shops to beach.
GUEST ACCESS
Guest have access to their rented unit plus all communal areas and both electronic gates.
Other things to note
TOURS - To make your holiday more interesting we have a list of recommended tours which can all be arranged for you upon request, before arrival or when in St Lucia. Our tour rep can visit you on the morning after arrival to orientate you with local amenities and tours.
TAXI TRANSFER - We can arrange airport transfer for you on arrival to help make your journey as stress free as possible (recommended). Our driver, Tony, will know the address of the villa and will be provided with the door key for weekend and late check-ins. If making your own way to the villa we will supply you with directions (as most streets in St Lucia do not have names) and make arrangements for key collection. We need you to complete our online Taxi Transfer form so that we have all your correct travel details. Should you wish to be collected by our driver please indicate this on the form and payment will have to be made before you travel.
CAR HIRE - If you are interested in car hire we are linked to a reputable car hire company and you can get a 10% discount if the booking is done through our web-site. Vehicles can either be collected at the airport or delivered to the villa.

Comfortable, Clean and well maintained

This property is quiet but close to everything! You are downtown Rodney bay walking distance to groceries, shopping and restaurants. The villas have everything you need and then some and the pool is lovely. The property is beautifully maintained and the staff is wonderful! We would recommend this property highly,

Great place in Rodney Bay near marina

Beautiful property, lovely pool, close to grocery store, many fabulous restaurants, and of course Reduit beach. Plenty of excursions to take advantage of all over island, including zip lining in Rain forest and climbing Gros Piton. Everyone at the property was very accommodating and sought to make our stay as smooth as possible. We will definitely return!

Excellent Accomodations . Manager , housekeeping, taxi service all very accomodating. Location ideal to walk to beach, many restaurants, shopping, supermarket, bars. Landscaping very nice, right on the harbour. Quiet and secure.

Quiet, convenient, clean, well appointed and property is well maintained.

Lovely 1 bedroom, two story home close to heart of Rodney Bay's restaurants, shopping, banks and 10 minute walk to ocean beach. Very accommodating and responsive owner. Quiet and comfortable. Set in private condo development.

A lovely 2 week break

Clean spacious 2 floor villa extremely well managed by Claudia and Robert. The pool was normally quiet and the gardens well kept. So convenient for all restaurants, bars, shops and of course Redduit Beach.

Great time in Rodney Bay at The Harbour 1

The Harbour Villas are very nice. Our villa was well equipped and Robert and his staff attended to our needs promptly. Having our own little back yard with a BBQ was nice. I loved the upstairs bedroom with balcony and the Caribbean breeze blowing thru the windows at night, did not need the AC on. The pool is clean and the grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The grounds are gated and there is security present from 6 to 6. Also liked being close to shopping, restaurants and Reduit Beach.

Would stay again

Perfect location. Surrounded by good restaurants, mall and supermarket all in walking distance. The beach is a short stroll away as well. The apartment was wonderful. Our host made arrangements for Toni the cab driver, a native of the islands with lots of knowledge, to pick us up from the airport. Would stay again. 😊

Great Stay in St. Lucia

We were so impressed with how modern the villa was and the wonderful proximity to everything! A car is not necessary as you're right in the best part of Rodney Bay: 7 min walk to the beach, 1 min to the grocery store and beautiful view of the harbor. We will be back, as this villa was perfect for our needs.

Excellent stay, modern and clean villa!

We spent six nights in unit #1 and had a great stay. The unit is modern and well-equipped. The pool was lovely and not at all crowded. The location is optimal and extremely safe. Fern, the tour organizer for the complex, set us up with an eco-tour and a day trip to Martinique- both amazing, and Robert organized our airport transfers with their driver Tony (for a fee). The AC was nice for warmer nights. The Friday night street party in Gros Islet is a must! My only suggestion would be to stock the unit with just a few staple items that most guests will use such as sugar, coffee, cooking oil, insecticide, etc. It seems inefficient to buy entire containers of these items if only staying for a few days. Also, we arrived during a holiday period and had to wait a couple days for the grocery stores to open before we could get supplies, so you might want to check the holiday hours of the local supermarkets before you arrive. Overall a great experience, and we would definitely consider staying there again!

The harbour was great.

We have a great time here and the property was accurately describe and we would recommend it. We were well looked after and any advice/help we needed our hosts were only a few doors down and happy to help.
