A l'extérieur, une cour avant commune ouverte,à l'arrière un jardinet clos de 60m² avec terrasse en bois, barbecue, bains de soleil, parasol, salon de jardin.
Le Plus de cette location à la mer : A quelques mètres du port de la Cotinière et des plages de sable fin. Maison très fonctionnelle et moderne avec prestations de qualité.

Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur l’agence D’Oléron (quartier Saint Pierre).
