This spacious five-bedroom home - approximately 3,800 square feet - is a great place to relax and enjoy your vacation. This lovely home is packed with many extras to help make your vacation memorable. The first floor features four bedrooms, including a main suite with jet tub and a deluxe shower. The garage has been converted to a game room with Ping-Pong, electronic dart board, air hockey, and foosball. The garage also has air-conditioning to help with the hot summer days and nights. Enjoy the 75-inch 3D TV with surround sound and 3D Blu-ray player in the living area! Featuring two picnic tables, the patio also offers a gas grill for barbecues. Plus, central air-conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer. Non-smoking.6 TVs, 5 DVDs, a Blu-ray player, Keurig, Netflix, gas fireplace, WiFi., board games, outdoor shower, gas grill.

Bayside Resort is home to a facility with a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms with saunas, and fitness areas with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment! THINGS TO KNOW
One of the first-floor bedrooms does not have a closet.
Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The local Vacasa team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The house needs some tlc. The cleaning company is awful. Trash was left in the kitc...

The house needs some tlc. The cleaning company is awful. Trash was left in the kitchen trash can when we arrived and the dishwasher was full of dishes. Lots of dust and a dirty floor. We have stayed at this homeany times, The last 2 times were disappointing.

Bayside 2022

We have rented this house 5 times in the last 7 years, and we love it! We were not happy with the housekeeping - the kitchen was dirty, it didn't seem the rugs were vacuumed - dog hair all over, and the upstairs bedroom's beds were not made - we had to make them. The Bayside is a wonderful community, and we love the pools, fitness center, etc. , as well as the beautiful beaches. We made Vacassa aware, and hope the cleaning services improve.

Great House for Big Families

The Good: House was spacious. We traveled with 5 adults and 6 children and never felt like we were on top of each other. Kitchen is well stocked with with silverware, dishes, cups, etc. I think the only thing missing was a masher for our Thanksgiving potatoes! The garage was an amazing addition. When we weren't at the community pool or trails, the garage is where you would find us. The master bath tub and shower were amazing! The Bad: The house is in need of a DEEP cleaning. Baseboards, air conditioner vents and blinds are all covered in thick dust. Spare blankets were dirty and covered in dog fur. Carpets are stained throughout house. Fly traps in kitchen are a little off putting. Recommend bringing your own pillows as the ones in the house were paper thin. Overall good outweighs the bad and I wouldn't be opposed to renting again.

Great Large Family House

We loved the openness of the family areas of living room, family room, dining area and kitchen. We also loved that it had five bedrooms and could easily accommodate our family and more. We really liked how the master bedrooms were somewhat separated from the other bedrooms which held our grandkids and single son. The game room was definitely a plus; we especially enjoyed ping pong tournaments and air hockey games. Nice to have some adult bikes so our daughter and son-in-law could take bike rides with their kids who brought their own bikes. This house basically had everything we were looking for and more in a family shore house.

We have been renting vacation house with vacasa for 3 years now and we have always been happy and satisfied with them. They have great customer service. This house in particular is big, well stack with kitchen needs. Tabletop etc. We all enjoyed the indoor pool at the Bayside Aquatics. The staff are friendly. Highly recommend!

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful week! I believe this is our 4th stay here, and we love the Bayside Resort! The house is large enough to hold our family, we love that there are four beautiful bathrooms! The kids have plenty of place to play, and the kitchen is well stocked with appliances, dishes, cutlery, etc. The house is always clean, and any issues (always minor) are swiftly taken care of! Vacasa was wonderful to work with, and always responded to any question within hours.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Super spacious and perfect for big family dinners. It was much bigger in person than in the photos. The game room was also fun! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need and more. We appreciated all the choices in coffee makers. Everything you need is in right there in the resort or right outside of it in the shopping center near the entrance. Would absolutely stay there again!

Great space…but not clean

We loved the location of this property and the space that it offered for 5 adults and 6 kids. But we were very disappointed when we arrived and we questioned whether or not housekeeping had been to the house or not. The rugs were not properly vacuumed, the dishwasher was full, the refrigerator was dirty, the pillows were thrown across the couch and there was a piece of gummy candy under one of the pillows. There was also an article of clothing left in one of the closets from the previous guests and the recycle bin was completely full. Unfortunately, we had to clean when we arrived before we could get settled in. We really enjoyed the layout of the house, the multiple bedrooms, beds and bathrooms.

Perfect Place

Came to DELMARVA for a baseball tournament that got rained out. Needless to say the beach during the rain is not the most fun place to be. This house made it awesome. We actually ended up with half the team coming over during the days and playing ping pong, air hockey and fooseball. Plenty of room for kids to play and for parents to sit and hang out. 10 out of 10

Nice stay

We had a very nice stay and rental. For a home that allows pets it was pretty clean, the decor was really nice too. I loved the Americana theme. Plenty of space and well equipped kitchen. Most of the frying/omelette pans need to be replaced because they are quite worn out and in bad shape but other than these lots of pots, pans, trays, cups, mugs and utensils. We liked the quiet community very much and would return again. Garbage container in the kitchen was full upon arrival which took us by surprise since I’m assuming a cleaning company came to the house before we checked-in. But that wouldn’t keep me from renting this property again. Overall my family and I were happy with our stay.

Nice stay except 1 thing...

House, gameroom was great. I had a big issue with the garbage situation. The cab is cabled to the wall and you are expected to take the garbage to dumpsters a 5 min drive away. That means for 10 people I had to load up my car with bags of garbage . Not ok.

Great place overall

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and great for a large group. The only things we would have liked to be different is that the pillows were really uncomfortable and the pans for the most part were scraped and had tephlon. We also did not receive clear information on the check-out process or a book that is usually provided with information about the house and also the check in and check out information. But overall it was a great stay.

Lovely home. DON'T BOOK WITH RESORTQUEST!

This is a beautiful property and a very spacious and accommodating house. Perfect for our family of 3 married children with 2 toddlers. We booked through ResortQuest Delaware, which was a MISTAKE!! Costly booking fees, and a cleaning service that left MUCH to be desired! We were told we would receive an email when the house was ready for check-in. Check-in time is 4pm this summer (an hour later than normal, due to Covid-19 to allow for extra cleaning, supposedly). We were delighted to receive the ‘go-ahead’ email that the house was ready for check-in around 2:30pm, as we were en-route at the time. Upon arrival we found the cleaning crew still at the house. We informed them we had received notification that the house was ready, and they said they would be finished shortly. We then left, leaving them to finish without feeling pressured. When we did enter the house, it looked like they left in a hurry, without finishing up. Bathrooms were not clean (hair, sand, and some sort of dried liquid soap/foam found in bathrooms) and there were dirty linens found in 2 of the bathrooms. The floors were dirty and the kitchen was not cleaned thoroughly. The garage, which was a rec room, hadn’t been swept. The floor had dirt and grass throughout. This was not our first stay in the Bayside community, and we LOVE Bayside! The house was a great ‘fit’ for our family and we wanted to stay, so we pulled out the vacuum cleaner, and our own rags and cleaners, and gave the house a ‘going-over’ so we would feel comfortable with the toddlers spending time on the floor, and were able to feel comfortable using the house. There were NO SIGNS of ANY extra cleaning done due to Covid-19, which ResortQuest claimed was happening!! All-in-all, we had a lovely stay and enjoyed our family vacation. Next time we will AVOID ResortQuest and book with VRBO. I certainly hope the homeowners are not over-paying ResortQuest for their services and hope they consider using a different cleaning source! I was expecting MUCH MORE from ResortQuest, especially considering the amount of extra money spent on their charges and fees!

Dream House nightmare booking fees

The house was great. Wonderful extras! Could not ask for a better location. BEWARE of VRBO booking fee! Over $470 (ridiculous) and then booking fee with ResortQuest (reasonable) put us over $700 in booking fees! Do not use VRBO app to book! Go directly through ResortQuest. Again fantastic property!!

Home was great, furniture not so great..to watch TV it was crowed for six adults, two children.

Upon arrival at 3:30pm the house had NOT been cleaned nor beds made. The people occupying before us left the house untidy and littered with food, paper and food in fridge. I called resort quest and a cleaner came..it was done but not to my standards..the vacuum looked like a toy, many carpets were not vacuumed and upon the cleaning team leaving I found the bathrooms were not cleaned. I would suggest that the owner check with me to further enable a better solution for their guests. The bikes were also not in good repair nor the picnic tables in the back. I had my grandchildren with us and we actually found items under furniture..again cleaning issues..I have been to many a condo and home as rentals and unfortunately this ranks low..it needs to be inspected more carefully as I would think we were early renters for the summer cycle..the game room needs cleaning too..whomever stays here must not respect the property..again we found food and objects that were out of place..in conclusion I will not be returning to Bayside resort..much rather a condo by the beach.

Dream vacation

What a luxurious house! We felt like we were in a five star hotel! The house was so spacious, beautifully decorated and easily accommodated our group of 11 - 7 adults and four children. The kids had a blast! The people in the community were so friendly, and the staff at all the facilities were very helpful. The beach was only 10 minutes away, and the pools were fantastic! We had a wonderful experience, and would highly recommend this house and the Bayside Community to anyone!!

awesome place

what a wonderful vacation. The house was excellent, clean spacious and so much fun. Our little dog enjoyed it so much. The Bayside Community was excellent, we just didn't have time to do all it offered. We always go to S.C. for vacation, but this house and resort has us thinking otherwise. We just missed using a golf cart to get around. So we LOVED this house and Area.!!!!

Terrific home and neighborhood

This is a spacious home that had plenty of room and plenty of things to do for our family vacation with 11 people ranging in age from 1 to 60 years old. It was clean, well stocked, and very easy to use. The Bayside community is absolutely fabulous with so many activities and events. We did something different every day and regretted having to leave.

Excellent value

Rented this home for a family get together and it was fantastic. From the automated window blinds to the 75 inch TV and topped off by a laptop and printer for the renters use this home was top shelf all the way. Detailed written instructions were provided explaining how to use the multi zone heating/ac and other ammenities. The garage has been converted to a game room with darts, foozball, air hockey and a ping pong table. Some would consider parking in the driveway a negative but the converted garage is an excellent poor weather diversion.
