About this property

We can accommodate your large family with our 7 bed, 6 and a half bath retreat that sleeps 20. Relax in one of our 4 private suites with full baths. Each bedroom has a spacious king size bed and TV/Cable. Two rooms have an additional sofa sleeper perfect for small children. There are two more sofa sleepers located in the downstairs living area.

Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen for those delicious home cooked meals or experience one of Branson's fantastic takeout menus on our large family dining room table.

When you are done, kick back and relax in our large living room. If the kids get too loud, send them down to the lower level family room where we have arcade games, Foosball and a large TV to enjoy family movies on.

Need to take a dip in the pool, the clubhouse and pool are a short walk away. Take a dip in the zero entry pool or fall asleep on one of loungers around the pool deck. We have a new attraction to our amenities, a splash pad. Perfect for infants or small kids. A playground is located right next to the clubhouse and pool area.

**READ ME** There are steps on a steep but short incline leading to the house. The neighborhood HOA does not allow parking for boats, trailers, RV's, campers, etc. We recommend that EVERYONE get trip protection for any unforeseen needs to cancel your reservation. It's peace of mind! :-) Get a policy that states “coverage/cancellation for any reason”. If for some unforeseen circumstances, you need to cancel, you will be GLAD you did it, and won't be upset with us. Be upset at yourself if you don't get it! :-)

2024 Office Retreat

Great experience for a large group

The house details were accurate, and the owner was very responsive. We had 13 adults in our group and there was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed our stay. The house was well supplied, and we had everything we needed.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a great time staying at this property. This home was beautiful, quiet, and located off away from the tourism of Branson but yet still close enough to enjoy it when wanted. The home was well stocked, clean, and very functional for large families. It was mentioned multiple times by members of our family that, “this is where we want to stay every time.” We enjoyed it, and we will be back!

Girls getaway.

Upon entering the home we were very pleased with the amount of open concept space. Large living room with plenty of seating for our group of eleven. The large dining table also allowed us the sit together while playing games, enjoying a snack and enjoying our down time between shows. Large comfortable bedrooms with the right amount of bathrooms for a group of ladies. Overall the accommodations suited our needs to a T. Would recommend this home for comfort and cleanliness. All amenities were provided just like the listing stated. Thank you Andrew for making our stay very pleasing.

Wonderful stay in beautiful home!

We had multiple families staying together for a soccer tournament and this was a wonderful find. Each family had their own space, but great gathering areas too. The host was so easy to work with and communicate with. I would book here again and highly recommend this home!

Everyone loved the pool. Plenty of room. We could of used a pot big enough for corn on the cob and a bench or chair in the bedroom to help get dressed .

Extended Family Weekend Getaway

Our family of 17 had a great weekend in Branson for my MIL’s 80th birthday! This house was spacious enough for our large group with plenty of beds, pullouts and bathrooms. We enjoyed the community pool and the extra large dining table. At one point we had a euchre game at one end and a game of Right, Left, Center at the other. We liked the peaceful location which was away from the hustle of Branson but just a short 10ish minute drive away. Highly recommend!

Family Reunion

We had a little family reunion. The house really was perfect. The pictures show exactly as the house does. Each family has its own bedroom and bathroom, and the kids had the basement to themselves while the adults stayed upstairs. The kitchen was nice and roomy, multiple people could be fixing meals at the same time. The beds were so comfortable that everyone slept so good. It was great driving distance to Branson and into Hollister too. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice location, but the cleaning crew and beds were not that great

It's a nice location. Close to the lake and not too far from he strip. It was fun. The pool was good, but one of them was closed the last day. There was some sewage that was draining the last 2 days we stayed there and it really stunk. The cleaning had a lot to be desired. There was trash under the beds and there was dust nearly everywhere. I walked over to the mantle to set up my Apple TV and had to wipe down the area because I did not want to get my device dirty. The beds were super hard. If you have back problems make sure you bring some padding. My wife and brother in law have back problems and it was very hard on them. I really wanted to like this place, but between the sewage smell, uncomfortable beds, and lack of cleanliness, it was not going to happen.

Home away from home

We had a fantastic time! The house is well maintained, well equipped and has plenty of space for our family of fifteen. The location of the house is in the middle of everything. This was our second stay and we’re looking forward to our next.

Great space for large group

We loved the house! Had everything we needed and more. Great location near the lake and not far from branson. The only suggestion we have would be to add some more seating in the living room - would be helpful for large groups. Great stay overall!

This property was exceptional. It was clean, nice location, not too far in the mountains, and close to all the attractions/restaurants. Andrew (the host) stayed in contact with us before and during our stay to see if we needed anything. Great customer service. We definitely felt welcomed in his rental home.

Perfect unit for our large group to gather!

At one point, there were 21 of us, from ages 3-60, there for our family Thanksgiving/Christmas get together, which doesn't get to happen often. Plenty of space to accommodate us all; arcade game and foozball in the basement for entertainment was a fun bonus. More than enough room for the 14 of us who slept there. Close enough to Branson, yet out of the traffic zone. Highly recommend.

Great Place to Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. There were 12 of us, and we all had plenty of space. It was an easy walk to the pool/clubhouse area and close enough to all of the attractions. There was a grill which we used frequently and the kitchen was well stocked with items for cooking. Our communication with the owner was great and he helped us solve a minor issue while staying there. As others have noted, there is a steep incline into the house so not best if you have someone with mobility issues in your group. Overall, we thought the house was very nice and look forward to going back.
