Big and Beautiful

Perfect house for 12 of us celebrating 2 birthdays. Easy to get to and easy to get around. Plenty of room for all - even a chef we brought in one night. Highly recommend for a large group.

Can’t wait to return!

We had an incredible four-night stay at Sandy’s place in Stateline, Nevada. From the moment we arrived, Sandy’s hospitality stood out — she was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The home was well-stocked with essentials like seasonings, glassware, Tupperware, extra pillows, bedding, and even pack-and-plays, plus reliable air conditioning and heating.The space itself was fantastic — plenty of beds, even more bathrooms, and all the comforts of home. While we did encounter a minor issue with an animal in the walls upon arrival, Sandy handled it swiftly, contacting an exterminator right away and ensuring everything was taken care of.Overall, Sandy’s attentiveness and the quality of her home made this an amazing experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

One of the best rental experiences

From the beginning, this was a great experience. Sandy was our contact and she was so helpful and accommodating. She offered a list of local recommendations without even asking and was really flexible with our check in and check out experience. the kitchen was FULLY stocked with spices and condiments (that you usually spend a fortune on and only end up using a few tbsp) and pots/pans, utensils, storage containers and serving dishes. each room was well stocked and pillows, towels and cozy blankets on each bed. a BIG shout out to the cleaning team, it takes 5 hours for 5 people to clean the house. Thank you sandy!!!!

Weekend trip

Everything was amazing. House was perfect, view was perfect. 100% would recommend booking this property, you won’t regret it. All appliances available. Enough plates cup’s everything. The only downside was parking. Only room for 4 vehicles and you can only have 1 of those on the driveway for emergency purposes, other than that everything was great and host did a great job of explaining check in process. Thank you for such a great stay!

We had such a wonderful Family Reunion

Loved the house! Location was nice - less than ten minutes from Heavenly Village. Awesome view from the balcony! Kitchen was fully stocked. Pool table, hot tub, puzzles, everyone found something to do. Great place for a big group to hang out! And Sandy was a perfect host :)

Thanksgiving Family Getaway

My siblings and our families rented this amazing place for Thanksgiving week. Everything was perfect. The kitchen has everything t, the bedrooms too. We cooked a lot. We had 12 people. There was so much room. We never felt on top of each other. We had an issue with one of the fireplaces, we called Sandy and she was there with in minutes and had it fixed by the next day. It was perfect. We would love to stay there again.

Absolutely fantastic experience for my husband’s 40th birthday! We had close friends and family join us for a special weekend, and the property was everything we hoped for and more. It was spacious, well-maintained, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. The views were breathtaking, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration together. Our host was truly wonderful—responsive, accommodating, and welcoming from the very start. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect weekend. Each year my group of high school friends gather to celebrate friendships and birthdays. We love to go and explore new places. Lake Tahoe and our home we rented was extraordinary! The home was exactly as pictured and so well maintained! Sandy was accessible for any of our needs! Such a wonderful location for South Lake Tahoe! Just beware… if you are in the lowest level, the bellows of the house, have light luggage and be in shape for the up and downs all day. lol

Wonderful, Memorable Week!

This Lake Tahoe house was great! The views are outstanding! With six couples, we loved that each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is really well stocked and we enjoyed the family rooms, eating areas, deck and the hot tub. Sandy was great to work with and helpful.

Memorable weekend

This is a very spacious, well outfitted and well located house with a nice view of the lake. With its big kitchen and dining room table big meals were easy to prepare, serve and clean up. All the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Each had its own tv. The landlord was welcoming, helpful and attentive. Having kids 18 - 8 we especially appreciated the pool table. Much much better than video games. Highly recommend.

Wonderful and amazing stay!

This house was truly fantastic!! The views are amazing and the house is large. Note: bedrooms are 1 and 2 floors down, so not good for anyone with mobility issues but it was such a pleasure. We had a private chef who enjoyed the kitchen. Would come again!
