This coastal getaway is also just steps to the neighboring Oceanside Deli & Cafe, open during the summer for morning coffee, pastries and more! Counter height furniture on the balcony affords clear ocean views - some of the closest at Sea Colony! A convenient one-level layout , this resort retreat features a spacious living and dining area, updated well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and three bedrooms, including the primary bedroom with a bathroom of its own. Guests also have access to the owner's beach locker with beach toys, boogie boards and chairs (courtesy items not guaranteed). Reserved parking space located conveniently next to the elevator. 3 TVs, Keurig, Wifi. Non-smoking, no pets.

*Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

**Sea Colony will have ongoing construction from September through May. There will be construction noise that may be heard in the surrounding homes. Please be aware that this may be loud at times.

Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.

Sea Colony Parking Passes
Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.
1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass
3+ Badges = 2 Parking Passes

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
