Great Location in Quiet Neighborhood

I need to be in the Fenwick Island area when I visit and this condo was perfectly situated near my sister and close to restaurants, grocery stores, fast food, gas, etc. Lovely, quiet neighborhood and easy back-road access.

Peaceful and very well equipped.

Good furniture and lots of kitchen plates, glasses and appliances. Toaster. Blender. Coffee pot. Grinder. The list goes on. Condo was NOT clean but owner was apologetic and responsive.

Okay for one night

There were some cleanliness issues room had things left under bed. Bathtub looks like it was moldy; otherwise, it was okay for a night. Convenient to the beach!!!

I have lived in Ocean City for 6 years. I have had some wonderful memories in Ocean City. I was able to purchase this home in 2020 with the hopes that others will be able to have great memories at the beach like I have.

Why they chose this property

The location can not be beat. North Ocean City is much quieter than down by the boardwalk. You have the calmness of north OC, but can still drive down to all the fun times as well.

What makes this property unique

The condo is a 1 minute drive to the beach and where there is free parking at the beach. There is a great little deck off the back bedroom and a great breakfast nook as well.
