The penthouse COCOON is in a prime residential area in Laax Dorf on a sunny slope, quiet and yet central, with unobstructed views of the Laaxer See and the Signina Group.
Beautiful, newly renovated (2013) light-flooded apartment with wonderful views of the Laaxer See. The large balcony (15 m2) is facing south on the Laaxer See. Website: cocoon-laax. ch
The 3 bedroom apartment is timeless, tastefully decorated. It has 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed (180 and 160cm). The floor and the walls of the bathroom are covered with Valsergranit.
Enjoy your winter holidays in the ski region: Flims-Laax-Falera (white arena) with snowboarding, skiing, cross country skiing, ice skating, etc. as well as your summer holidays: near Lake Laax with div. Excursion destinations in the region as well as the possibilities of hiking and biking tours, downhill, climbing park, tennis, squash, golf, rafting etc.
Directly in front of the rooftop 'CoCoon' is the public indoor swimming pool with fitness center and sauna, the Seebadeanstalt, the ice rink, the children's ski lift and various shops. Everything can be reached in about 3-10 minutes walking distance.
The free ski bus to the Laax-Murschetg cable car can be reached in about 300 meters. In good snow conditions, the descent is possible up to 100 m near the house.
