Spacious and comfortable home

Our family stayed a week to ski at Breckenridge and Keystone. The location is central to both of these. The home is well appointed and has wonderful southwestern artwork throughout! The kitchen had all that we needed for our family dinners each evening. We would stay here again!

Wow! What a fabulous house and view!!!

We stayed there with our two teenage kids and our dog and had a wonderful time! The beds were all so comfortable, the kitchen so well equipped, everything so clean! Great location right next to a bike/walking trail on the river. Lots of light and windows looking out on the beautiful lake. Only thing That was kind of a bummer was that there was no easy lake access from the back of the property, making it pretty difficult to get in and out of the water. But we sure did enjoy the cold plunge once we got in!

Great location and scenery

Host was very helpful and responsive. House is large and located in a great location surrounded by beautiful scenery: mountains, lake, trailheads. Very close to Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail, etc... Full kitchen set up for those who prefer to cook at home vs going out.

Beautiful Lake Home; outside could use some TLC

My family truly enjoyed staying on this property! This spacious home was the perfect fit for our larger group (11 people). Beautiful home with many of the everyday items you need stocked in the kitchen. Two of the larger bedrooms overlook the lake and the other bedrooms are of a good size too. Lots of sitting and gathering space throughout the house with large bathrooms. Well decorated (with some small signs of wear and tear throughout the house, but nothing bad - beautiful home.) If there was a slight downside, it was the condition of the outside space. There was a lot of grass and weeds growing through the patio flagstone with cigarette butts and empty cigarette carton in the fire pit. Also, the cushions on the outside furniture were quite worn. That said, we were able to overlook this given the beauty of the home on the lake and the beautiful sunsets we witnessed. We spent a large majority of our time outside witnessing the beauty of Colorado! We will stay at this property again.

Beautiful home that has not been well kept

This house is a gorgeous custom home on a beautiful lake. We had a blast fishing off of the patio. However, when we arrived we were very disappointed with the state of the house. Every window was covered in finger prints. It looked like children had had a wild party there. Windows mucked, fresh stain in the master, the loft/tv room was dirty. The first thing I did was find the windex and clean the windows. In doing so, I also found that the window sills had not been cleaned in some time. My paper towels were black. I could go on and on about the things in this house that needed attention or repair. It's very sad to see such a beautiful house not being cared for properly. The master bedroom was covered in dog hair. Again, very disappointing for the price we paid and the cleaning fee we paid. The loft does not have curtains so if your kids like to sleep past sunrise this Is not a good space for them to sleep. We still had a great time at this house because the lake outside the door is amazing . We spent hours fishing. We met the cleaning person as we were leaving, and though she was nice, there is no way one women can get that entire house clean and all of the linens cleaned and replaced before the next family came. No wonder this house is in poor condition. I hope this house gets the up keep it so desperately needs and also a deep cleaning. It is a very neat property.

Wonderful Family home in a prime setting with easy access to everywhere

My family of three grown children and their spouses and our grand children spent 5 days over New years in this very spacious high quality home. The home and rooms are huge with lots of space everywhere. The gourmet kitchen was wonderful yo cook in and we skied Copper, Keystone and A-Basin with an easy drive. I would highly recommend for any family gathering.

Excellent Family Vacation Home

Beautiful home with lots of room to spread out. Kitchen is awesome. Close to all major activities. Everyone loved walking out the back door to fish. Diane was wonderful to work with!
