The flat, which has been completely refurbished by a designer, comprises a pretty 35 m² living room (with decorative fireplace), a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, two teleworking areas with desk, plug and lamp, two bedrooms, a bathroom and an incredible terrace where you can enjoy lunch or dinner al fresco! Wifi (teleworking possible), cleaning, sheets and towels included! Teas, herbal teas, Senseo coffee and sugar will help you relax as soon as you arrive, unless you'd prefer a glass of wine or a welcome syrup... You can get home delivery from a number of restaurants or go out on foot to explore the surrounding area. To finish settling in, all you have to do is slip into the jetted, bubble bath with LED lights and music to soak away stress and fatigue. The neighbouring bakery, just 2 minutes away, offers fresh bread, croissants and other specialities for the first day of discovery the following morning. Children are welcome, many board games are available. Babies will be able to eat good food mixed in the robot, in the two high chairs. Two beds (one Cododo), mattress and potty are also available for free. The bluetooth washing machine is new, as well as the steam plant and the ironing board. A large sheltered terrace, not overlooked and furnished with outdoor furniture, allows you to enjoy an outdoor living area and the light that are so dear to city dwellers and essential to all: lunch on the terrace, quiet time in the sun or an aperitif in the living room! A mini vegetable garden allows you to pick herbs and spices to add to the local cuisine (parsley, basil, thyme, rosemary, lemon grass, coriander... and lemon verbena and mint for herbal teas.
