We are VRBO owners and we rented this home for a family get together during the Blue Angel airshow weekend. It is a fantastic home, great location near the university and NAS and it is BEAUTIFULLY appointed and exceptionally well maintained. We look forward to staying again!
Easy to get to, cute mid-century cottage. Decor throughout was good, comfy bed, and quiet neighborhood extremely close to A&M Kingsville. Great place for alums to stay for a football game. Lots of extras in the house like first aide needs and board games, etc. Would recommend this home and the owner was great!
The house is quite charming with spacious rooms and a lovely back yard. Morning coffee outside listening to the birds and watching the squirrels was so relaxing. The instructions were very clear and supplies were generous. The owner was very responsive to questions too. It is the perfect location for a visit with TSMUK students. The large living room accommodated our granddaughter and friends for a nice visit. This will be our choice for our next visit.
Super clean and nicely decorated. We had a very comfortable stay here while we were in town visiting family. We would definitely like to stay here again!
This is such a lovely home and suitable for our needs. The property was clean and larger than expected. The backyard was beautiful and a great area for my dog to play. I recommend this home when staying in Kingsville.
Came to Kingsville for a 3 day College track meet and this was just a block away from the campus and facility. It was perfect location for our needs. Very quiet and did not have any trouble while we were there! Super clean!
This property was simply perfect for us. The property owner went above and beyond for us our whole stay. When I walked in, my first thought was, wow the pictures don’t do it justice. Such a cute, nice, super duper clean little house. We felt safe our whole stay and the neighbors were also so kind to us. We come to kingsville every year and typically stay in a hotel for the week, now I just hope this property is always available. Very close to the ranch and town. Our kids loved the fenced in yard and huge acorn tree/ acorns. It was a wonderful week with lots of memories made. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathroom is large! The owners thought of everything while getting this house ready to rent!
The home away from home. Very clean it had everything we needed. Loved the backyard, we had breakfast outside patio. We especially enjoyed seeing birds and two wonderful curious cats. Thank you to our host Liisa;)
Overall the property was great. Everything you need at a home away from home. The only negative thing I have to say is that I wish the lawn was mowed. My puppy had a reaction to the tall grass that was overgrown above my ankles and her head almost. Everything else was amazing thanks to Jill.
This house was perfect for our long overdue trip to see family. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. It had everything my family needed to host an authentic Louisiana gumbo dinner for our grandma and some aunts & uncles. Lisa was very responsive to our needs and friendly. We will definitely rent this house again!
Very comfortable home. Had everything we needed for our stay.
The home was located close to the university but with a quiet neighborhood feel. Grocery store was close in proximity as well as places to grab a quick bite to eat. We enjoyed the private back courtyard in the evenings. Very nice.
We had a three week stay in Kingsville and the house was in a good location and very comfortable. The backyard was just the right size for our dogs and we enjoyed the bird feeder in the backyard that brought a good variety of birds When we return to Kingsville we hope it will be available.
House was freshly remodeled and a very cozy place to stay. Yard was great for our 2 dogs. Lots of birdwatching in back yard including a large bird feeder that we refilled quite often with provided bird seed. Very close to all stores and restaurants. The owners are very communatative and you can tell they care a lot about their property.
We really loved staying in this newly remodeled, and beautifully decorated cottage. It had plenty of room for us to visit with our family that live in Kingsville. The host was accommodating, and the amenities were perfect for us. The cottage is clean and relaxing. We enjoyed the property, including the fenced backyard, complete with birds visiting the bird feeder and butterflies on the vines. The welcome basket was the icing on the cake! The location was close to the King Ranch, which we toured, and the King Ranch Museum. We will definitely choose this property next time we visit Kingsville.
