The newly built villa offers a tastefully decorated living space of about 120 m2 on two levels for six persons.
In detail the levels offer the following facilities:

- adjoining dining room
- modern, fully equipped open kitchen

- guest toilet with washbasin
The upper floor offers the following bedrooms and bathrooms
