Great location

The resort is a great property situated on the beach with 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, gas grills (free gas), and a tennis court. Pet friendly. This condo overlooks one of the pools. The living room and dining room have great furnishings. The walk in shower in the master bath has been updated with lots of jets.

Nice condo

The condo was a nice size and decorated nicely. It had the basics in the kitchen. Cable and internet were good. Beach access is excellent. I would definitely rent there again.

Beautiful but slightly lacking.

Really great setting! However, the tennis courts were not usable-no net and covered with crack filler. The dryer left large black marks on our clothes. Took two days to fix and then still left marks. Disappointing Also the living room fan and light did not work.

Fine for last minute

Decent quiet condo but it’s old and needs repainting at a minimum. Beds are comfortable and it was very clean. Was perfect for the location I needed. No view of the beach. Parking easy. Pool temp like bath water. Beach was fabulous.

Not far from St. Augustine

I will start with the positives -- the furnishings are adequate and met the needs of our family of 4. The beach is quite and is accessible. The master bath shower has wonderful jet power. The pool is quite and is located steps away from the condo. St. Augustine is fairly close. The landscaping of the property is beautiful. The negatives, although not debilitating, were disappointing. The condo was equipped with 2 washcloths and no kitchen towels. That is not enough supply for a family of 4. Additionally, when we turned in for bed after 10:00 p.m., it was discovered the master bedding had not been washed. There was hair, dirt and stains quite visible. When needing sleep, we had to spend the next 2 hours waiting for bedding to wash and dry. No washing detergent had been left for our use. Fortunately, I bring extra when traveling. I immediately called the management company to report these issues. I have not yet received a response. I am sure this is due to the weekend and 4th holiday. If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, this is not the condo for you. The condo does not smell like cigarettes. However, several neighbors (which I believe are permanent homeowners), do smoke on their porches and at the pool. I am a frequent VRBO traveler and play close attention to the comments made. I am not reviewing this condo as totally bad, but as notices to check early and bring/purchase extra supplies. I would suggest to the owner to invest in nicer bedding, additional towels/washcloths and to be generous in starter supplies. (There was not even starter coffee.) The cost is minimal and the reward of satisfaction is greater.

Great condo, great location

Lovely, newly remodeled condo. We contacted Marty the day we arrived because there wasn’t a blender and my newly 21 year old daughter was looking forward to making frozen drinks. Even though the owners are not required to have one Marty, had one for us the next day. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Condo

Perfect property for a quick get away. We had absolutely no issues with the property. The pool is so close by, literally out the back porch steps. AC unit worked great, very clean, and nicely decorated-no problems there as I had read in other reviews prior to booking. We will be back again!

St.Augustine

We had a great stay at this property. I will say the walk to the beach from this unit is a good walk, especially if you have children and all the beach supplies. A beach wagon is strongly suggested. The property is not crowded either. Many time our big family had the pool to ourselves. During our stay we had an issue with the AC, but after contacting the property manager a technician was sent out with in an hour and the issue was fixed. Also only 4 bath towels were provided and there were no washcloths. Thankfully there was a washer tho so we could wash them. Over all we had a great time and would stay at this complex again!!

The best trip

We absolutely LOVED the house and the pools. Super nice and not a long walk to the beach. Just the best place to vacation! We will definitely come again :)

Enjoyed but...

Property was great. It's a long way to the beach so we brought a beach wagon which worked great. The Unit was not a clean as we like - floor was sandy and rewashed the bedding. Unit needs a large frying pan, had to cook larger meals in pot. The big negative for us was SMOKERS. We like enjoying the deck but could handle others nearby smoking.
