You rent the entire property, three bedrooms, three baths and do not share the property with anyone.

The space
The first floor has a full size Red felt pool table for you to enjoy. The outside features a million dollar waterfront view with tropical landscaping. A patio set, dining for six, and a gas BBQ grill makes this place great for cooking out. View the stunning vibrancy of the Florida sun in the evening and morn on the water front balcony. Enjoy a relaxing walk just to the end of the street to find the white sand beach of Indian Rocks. Rinse off saltwater, sand and cool off in the outdoor shower. This home is close to everything so you can take in all that Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater Beach has to offer.
This waterfront home is a two-story retreat with two bedrooms on the upper level and one king size bedroom on the lower level.

Bedroom one on the first floor has a King size bed, nightstand, chest, dresser, a large closet, work desk and a 75' Sony tv. The full size bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower is just a few steps away.

Bedroom two upstairs has a queen size bed, dresser/mirror, two nightstands, closet and ensuite bathroom, sink and shower.

Bedroom three upstairs has a king size bed, large walk-in closet with drawers and shelves, a pull out full size sofa, swivel rocking chair and an ensuite bathroom with oversized bathtub, oversized walk-in shower, bidet toilet and a beautiful view of the waterways. * Guests are welcome to use the Golf cart, bikes, dock and water toys at their own risk.


The Main living areas feature two brand new 75'" Sony televisions and a 75" linear electric fire place
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, a stove, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender and plenty of cutlery and flatware.
We offer plenty of towels for the bathrooms and the beach along with shampoo, conditioner and hair dryers.
Use the Golf cart or wheeled wagon for bringing gear to the beach, like beach chairs and toys.
The private dock area offers plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The storage shed on the back porch has two fishing rods and reels and three bicycles for you to use. Enjoy paddling around in the kayak or canoe to see dolphins, manatees, and sea birds up close in the surrounding Intracoastal waterways.

This home is a large private home that is thoroughly disinfected between guests. We do our best to accommodate early check-in requests but ample time to clean and ventilate the property is paramount. Your safety and happiness is our main concern.
