The Country Store is a 2-minute drive for necessities and one of the best Italian restaurants in LA, Pace.

The Space:
Modern Contemporary, 4 bedroom/ 4 bathrooms with an extra-large office space with a pull out sofa bed. Master and guest baths with Mr. Steam showers, extra-large bathtubs, limestone floors, granite counters, and high-end fixtures. Beautiful Dark walnut hardwood floors throughout the gorgeous open floor plan that is an entertainers paradise leading out to a 1000+ square foot dining area patio with pool and Jacuzzi, built-in surround sound throughout the entire house. Take a dip in the pool or play some pool on the large Modern Pool Table or shoot some hoops In the basketball area for some great fun and exercise. The canyon is great for long hill hikes and just checking out the eclectic Laurel Canyon area. There is elevator access as there are 50 steps to the main area from the garage area and plenty of parking with a garage and an extra guest space and lots of street parking, this home stands to be unprecedented in the area.

A perfect getaway in the hills…
Our group of 6 had more then enough room in this very beautifully furnished and decorated home. The hot tub and pool were not done justice by the photos as they were the highlight of our stay!!! There was ample parking for all three of our cars and it was so conveniently located to EVERYTHING!

Great Respite
This home is situated in a quiet area and has ample living space making for a very comfortable stay. We were close to all the sites and neighbourhoods on our hit list. The house had all necessities so we weren’t scrambling to buy tp and such upon our arrival. Costas was very responsive and easy going.

We had a wonderful stay with 8 members of our family! Plenty of space for all, gorgeous property!
Everything was smooth for our visit and Costas is super responsive! The house has great space, views, pool table and pool! We were centrally located for visiting Universal and Hollywood Blvd. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful get away
I’ve stayed at many 5 star places —. This place kicked their asses! The house is modern and beautifully maintained. We had endless fun by the pool and playing pool. A big factor for me when away from home is the bed— everyone agreed they were super comfortable. Costas is a great host and when we ended up without power for 2 nights even refunded us a nights stay without being asked.... a great host. We look forward to coming back to Laurel Canyon and this terrific house.
