This house was perfect for families! We had such a great stay, the scenery was calming, we saw deer and a cute raccoon nearby!Loved that this house was near Hot Springs, yet secluded. Clean and cute.We also left a necklace behind and they found it for us and are mailing it to us! Above and beyond! So grateful!

We loved the cabin itself and the location. It could have used a much better cleaning, such as the floors, the showers, dusting needed bad, there are some electrical issues with flickering lights, the TV didn’t work, when I wiped the couch a lot of dirt came onto the cloth. There was also no firewood supplied
This place was better than expected! We really enjoyed staying here and loved the location. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay other than groceries. The baby gate blocking the stairway was a life saver with our 9 month old. Would stay there again.
The overall experience was ok. The bedroom downstairs was a little musty either from age or damp carpets but nothing too terrible and the fridge wasn't cleaned from the previous stay but the owners were great and quick to respond to any questions

This cabin in the woods was a wonderful place to escape the hustle and bustle of life and relax. It had all the comforts of home and was in a convient and beautiful location to visit Lake Catherine State Park, Hot Springs National Park, and Crater of Diamonds State Park. My family loved the place and would definetly come back!!

Highly disappointed
I had high hopes for this stay. The community is declining with massive pot holes and dated playground equipment. Pool was nice but being held together with patches. However, this was the best thing my kids enjoyed. Upon arrival found house sadly not clean to our standard. The porch has not been swept, but would have let that go, but inside, we found refrigerator with mold and old food in trays. Microwave handle was broken. Limited kcups and no coffee for main coffee pot, which is no biggie. Lower floor bedroom and closet had mice trays and poop all over. Every mattress needs to be replaced because they seem to be over 10 years old, and cant be covered over with mattress toppers. Not sure if they have bed bugs but we woke up every day with bites. We understood no wifi which we were prepared for but Dish has very very limited channels to. Note one TV in living room. Outdoor grill is rusted and falling apart, they had charcoal grill but no supplies, just FYI. Creek is non-existent on property and dry. I would never leave this review but our family was highly disappointed. It is located near many things and we made a point to visit the nearby state park, hot springs parks, little rock and more. Highly recommend science museum and discover so many fun activities. I hope for better for this property. Red Oak Fillin Station restaurant is also best BBQ around.
Amazing cabin great property, only problem is if you arrive after 5 pm you are out of luck, unless its on bingo night .

Vacation
We had fun the place was really pretty. The only thing I can complain about with the actual cabin is that whoever was there before put fish down the garage disposal and it didn't work and stuck really bad. The drains in kitchen would back up because of this bad part is none of us like fish or anything out of the water so that was a really bad smell. The cabin could have been cleaned a little better the tub and dusting away cobwebs but other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Hope to do it again sometime.
The house was perfect for our family of 5. Inside had everything we needed and the outside had plenty of space for kids to play and they enjoyed the tree swing. The community is gated and had a fun old school playground that our kids loved. Close to Lake Catherine park for hiking was perfect!
The house is located in a gated community about a 20 minutes drive from downtown Hot Springs. The setting is far off the highway on a beautiful wooded lot. When the hardwoods are leafed out there would be no other homes in view, and even in winter the two or three homes that can be seen are remote and screened. So quiet. Great fire pit that we filled with small downed limbs scattered about. The house is very nice, two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs with its own bathroom. Easy access with the code. Beautiful living space with windows all around for great light inside. The deck is spacious and has four lounge chairs for enjoying the outdoors. The kitchen is well-equipped and everything works. We did most of our own cooking and just had fun. Would certainly go back again! Hot Springs is a wonderful town to visit, with lots of things to do, great hiking in the national forest, and of course the hot springs themselves. We took advantage of bath/massage services and felt great. Museums, and good food all around!

Nice quiet and beautiful area, and property described as is. Large bedrooms and kitchen and very comfortable. The inside did have a musty odor when we arrived, but went away after a day. The outside temperature was extremely hot and humid, which I believe the A/C may have been turned off prior to our arrival which played a role in the odor. Overall the inside was clean, but noticed cobwebs at top of the walls in one of the bathrooms and fart fans extremely dirty.
The cabin had everything we needed. Comfort, room and every amenity you could want. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Peaceful
It was a lovely property and very peaceful but the only problem I had was it wasn’t very clean. Carpet was grimy and toilets weren’t clean and it was dusty. Besides that it was a nice trip.
The house was perfect we were close to the Lake and Hot Springs just a few minutes away
The porch was great just to sit and relax no city noise just what we needed.
Really enjoyed this property . We used it for our family's Thanksgiving celebration and it provided everything we needed.
Beautiful house and community.
Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful surrounding woods. Conveniently close to state park where we hiked and downtown where we enjoyed a spa day at historic bath house.
We couldn't have asked for a better vacation. The house is in a wonderful area and is so peaceful and quiet. It's fairly close to everything in town. We absolutely loved the little notes around the house, they are very helpful. We all enjoyed the porch so much and overall it just felt very homey. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Arkansas.
Loved the location of this site. It advertising pool, however, it is only open on the weekends. That was a downer. I get this location is in wooded area and was prepared for that, however the entry door was heavy covered in cob webs and took a big to clear out. There was a lot of spilled trash at the road that didnt make a great first impression. Once inside, 1 bedroom had dead bugs visible on the carpet and the sheets were questionable. The other upstairs bedroom had again large cobwebs in the corners of the room which made it a little unsettling until we knocked them down. The downstairs bathroom unusable dirty. Maybe the host lives away from this site and is depending on housekeeping if that is the case they may want to look at a new service. I just didnt feel very welcomed and for the money we paid we shouldn't had to do it. It was like I walked into a cabin that had been closed up and no attention in months. Maybe that was the case. But again, After I got past all that fixed what we needed to it was very enjoyable and loved the location.
Quite cabin. With enough room for 6 people with extra to spare. If your pulling a trailer there is room in front of the home but if it's bigger than a 32ft it will be to long to park in front, and you cannot get in the driveway with a truck and trailer because it's a single width on an incline. The home does have a barbque grill also. Overall it was a nice place to stay and worked for us.
