Perfect family break

Absolutely stunning apartment with beautiful views at all times of the day. The sun rise shines across the bay and through the apartment windows, and you can hear the waves on the rocks below. Everything you could possibly want is already at the apartment including beach balls and body boards! Its a very short walk to the beach through a lovely garden with benches where you can read or just watch the boats in the bay...

Superbe appartement dans un immeuble de charme avec vue mer

L'appartement est très confortable et décoré avec soin. On s'y sent comme chez soi. L'emplacement est optimal : au calme, en bord de mer, à proximité de toutes les commodités.

Résidence en travaux

Quel choc à l’arrivée : résidence en travaux Des fils électriques qui pendouillent de partout et coffret électrique ouvert . Escalier en mauvais état et porte de la résidence ouverte jour et nuit. Ascenseur vieillot qui ne désert que 4 étages sur 5 : il est étroit et difficile à monter avec des valises Nous avons été réveillé par des travaux du plaquiste .On aurait à minima apprécié d’être prévenue par la propriétaire. C’est étonnant de pouvoir louer dans ces conditions !!! Autrement l’appartement est comme sur les photos.

Magnifique

Un appartement idéalement situé avec une vue magnifique, au pied de l'embarcadère pour les 7 iles, restaurants, supérette... à 5/10min à pieds. L'appartement est très bien rénové, propre, et la décoration soignée avec goût. L'immeuble est en cours de rénovation.Très calme lors de notre venue, il est situé au 5e étage de l'immeuble avec ascenseur jusqu'au 4e. Le contact et la remise de clés impeccable. Une adresse à retenir.

Great Vacation!

The apartment has a great view on the Sea Side. The kitchen is very well equiped, the bedrooms are confortable and the living has a lot of charme and natural light. A parking place at the property is available. The location is perfect, great promenade on the edge, good restaurants and a walk on the Sentier des douaniers is a must. We enjoied our stay and had a great vacation. Thank you, Emmanuelle & Jean-Marc!

Séjour à Perros

Semaine idyllique, sous le soleil, dans un superbe appartement face à la mer, une véritable image de carte postale. Rien ne manque et la déco est magnifique, tout est bien pensé. Merci pour l'accueil très chaleureux à notre arrivée. À réserver sans hésitation.

Emplacement idéal !

Appartement spacieux, fidèle à la description et aux photos de l’annonce, tout confort et meublé avec goût... L’accueil par les propriétaires est très chaleureux, l’emplacement idéal et la vue à couper le souffle !... Le charme de cet ancien hôtel restaurant ne laisse pas indifférent, on imagine très facilement le chic de la clientèle d’antan qui venait y séjourner...

Extraordinaire, je ne peux rien dire de mieux

Tout est en adéquation parfaite avec l'annonce. L'endroit est superbement bien situé, on est immédiatement sur la plage après avoir traversé le jardin de l'immeuble, la vue du studio est incroyable , le studio est très bien aménagé, très lumineux. Et pour couronner le contact avec Emmanuelle la propriétaire est très facile et très courtois. Je conseille vraiment ce logement.

Un paradis !

Nous nous sommes ressourcer dans cet appartement spacieux, lumineux, idéalement situé et à l’univers reposant. La vue sur la mer et la plage mais aussi sur la verdure du sentier des douaniers est magnifique ! Le bruit de la mer et des oiseaux nous ont accompagné tout le long de notre séjour ! Quel bonheur ! Le mobilier, l'équipement de la cuisine, la vaisselle et la literie sont de grande qualité. Rien ne manque ! Toutes les pièces sont décorées avec beaucoup de goût et d’originalité. Nous avons vraiment eu le sentiment d'être reçus chez des amis. Nous planifions déjà notre prochaine venue pour être moins tristes de quitter cet endroit magique et cette si belle région.
