A three-bedroom house with a completely separate apartment. The apartment has a queen-size bed and bath, refrigerator, and microwave with outside access only. The apartment is located on the lakeside of the carport. This home has 3 decks located on a bluff where eagles fly overlooking Lake Taney Como and Pointe Royale Golf Course. This oasis offers parking for your vehicles and plenty of room for a boat with a boat launch just one mile down the road. Great location to access all your Branson activities! Downtown Branson is 10 minutes away.
The home has 4 flat screen smart TVs with high-speed internet and WiFi. There are games and books for your enjoyment as well.
There is a fully stocked kitchen with all utensils and appliances. Grocery store 4 miles away. There is a good selection of spices plus we include shampoo, body wash, dish washing soap, cloths soap and paper products.
There is a fireplace that is for looks only. No fires allowed due to insurance requirements.

Daughter's Wedding

This home is located in a great spot. Beautiful views, easy travel to Branson and Hollister. The views are amazing. There is an eagle nest across the lake on the golf course. Loved watching them and the fishing on Lake Taneykomo. Owner was responsive with any issue.

Christmas vacation

We had a wonderful stay for the week of Christmas! The views were spectacular! The home was spacious and felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for several breakfasts and dinners. They went the extra mile and had it decorated for Christmas which was wonderful!

Thanksgiving vacation

My family had a wonderful time and the house and location of it was great ! The kitchen was stocked with every cooking utensil I needed to prepare my thanksgiving meal . The cabinets and drawers were labeled so everything was easy to find . The views were beautiful. My family would definitely stay here again ! Lots of towels and other products to make it feel like a home away from home .

Great Location

This property is situated perfectly for access to the local attractions. It is a little away from downtown Branson but the views are outstanding. It is easily accessed from Branson and sits atop the upper lake canyon. View from the balcony overlook is beautiful.. I will stay here again on my next trip to Branson.

Our September stay

The view off the back patio was spectacular! The beds were comfortable and the living room area was spacious and fit our whole group. The kitchen cabinets were labeled with "bowls", "spices", etc. But everything was everywhere. There was no organization within each cabinet. We needed to wash the glasses and plates as they seemed dirty. The toilets made a loud sound and stayed loud for a long time. There are 4 bedrooms but one bedroom had to be walked through to get to the master bedroom. Lastly, it is listed as it sleeps 8 but there were only 6 chairs in the dining area. Overall, we had a great time and we ultimately found everything we needed in the kitchen. I would suggest the house cleaner organize the cabinets and make sure it's all clean.

Unique Layout

Pros- Location is great. Fast communication with owner. Great view. Plenty of overall space. Accurate pictures. Ample parking. Easy check in and out. Cons- third bedroom upstairs is the only hallway to the master suite. Also has the laundry room. So little privacy. Apartment toilet has no door - so it is an intimate space -even for a couple.

This home was everything we needed for our family of 8 vacation. Everything was very clean and labeled. The host Phil was quick to respond to our texts when we had any issues. The instructions for check in and check out were clear and easy to understand. We loved the view from the back deck and getting to watch the eagle flying overhead in the evenings. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

“Peace of Heaven” Is right.

We were a group of six women. The accommodations were perfect. The space, the location, the property itself. Everything. The place is so homey and cozy. You start to relax the minute you walk in the door. The location overlooking the lake is so serene and quiet and beautiful. You can be in downtown Branson, The Strip, the outlet mall or anywhere else in less than 15 minutes. The hosts were very nice. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies. I could go on and on but I’ll just say, all the 5 star reviews pretty much sums it up

A solid choice!

It was my first trip to Branson and I came with my kids and family. We enjoyed the house! The view was fantastic! The accessibility to things in Branson was good! The house has an odd layout but it fit everyone (8 people) quite nicely; I liked it a lot! It was a great choice for us and I’m so happy with it. My kids loved the massage chair! I loved sitting on the decks, admiring the view! Also, the king bed was very comfy!

GREAT STAY

We really loved the house. Our son loved having his own little condo. The view from the deck and dining area are awesome. Lots of space. Easy to get to and not real far from attractions. Thanks for sharing your little piece of heaven. We will be looking you up again.
