This open floorplan features stellar workmanship, from porcelain tile floors in a weathered-wood-style finish, to millwork and finishes with custom white wainscoting, baseboards, and top-notch casing at doors & windows, plus high quality cabinetry & built-ins. The kitchen includes stainless steel counters, Big Chill appliances, artful lighting & a pantry convenient to both the kitchen and the garden/patio/bbq area. There are two off-street parking spots in paved space next to the house.
The house offers a master bedroom with a king size bed, one bedroom with a queen size bed and the third bedroom with a double bed.

Please Note:  This home has a very STRICT NO PETS policy, this includes visitors to the home.  There is a monitored exterior camera.

**Please be advised that any violation of our pet policy will result in an automatic $500 fee.**

Early Spring Getaway

This cute house had everything we needed during our stay and was an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. It did get a bit cold at night as the thermostat kept turning the temperature down. FYI- Both master toilets need adjusting. The handle stays down when flushed and the toilets run until manually stopped.

Classic 50’s inspired lovely getaway

Beautifully furnished comfortable 3 bedroom suite home within walking distance to Capitola Village and the beach. Enjoyed our stay very much.

friends trip

overall the house is very nice and clean. It has a wonderful kitchen and living room. However downstair bedrooms very small and beds small. No closets in the bedrooms. Rental Manager Co that may this house not helpful over the phone . I had asked a few questions and she was rude and clearly just wanted to take my credit card intake take my money) , not answer questions and get me off the phone in a hurry

Our family of 5 had an incredible stay at this lovely property in Capitola! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of the home. It was clear that great care is taken to maintain the property to the highest standards. The communication with the property representative was seamless. They were responsive, helpful, and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Any questions we had were answered promptly, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The location is absolutely perfect! Just a short walk to the beach, local shops, and fantastic dining options. We loved being able to explore Capitola on foot and soak in the vibrant, coastal atmosphere. A small tip for future guests: consider bringing your own beach towels. While the property provided all the essentials, having our own beach towels was a nice convenience for our beach days. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, well-managed, and ideally located vacation home in Capitola. We can't wait to return next summer!

Location was perfect - WONDERFUL stay

This house was adorable and was a perfect spot for our family to rent. There were lots of kitchen items for us to use and we enjoyed having our meals in the backyard. The privacy was perfect and it was just a short 3 minute walk to the beach. My biggest complaints were; 1) the amount of cobwebs at each window (no screens), 2) the two rolling blinds on the living room door and kitchen nook did not work. To raise the blind, you would have to manually guide them and lastly 3) the number of bath towels for 4 days - 6 adults became a bit of an issue. All very small things in the grand scheme of things but what prevented me from rating this with 4 stars!!

Capitola

The house is charming and has a lot of character! Little issue with towels and bedding. I believe the towels and bedding were washed with a rubber bathmat which left little pieces of dried bathmat on the towels and bedding. I had to rewash the towels and pillow cases before we used them. Other than that we enjoyed the house very much.

Just Perfect!

Booked this lovely little beach home for my mom’s birthday weekend. It comfortably fit all six of us and was within walking distance of some of the best drinks and food I’ve had. The home itself was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed! Definitely going to stay here again in the future.

Cute place

The house was great. All furnishings were well taken care of and clean. The bathroom access is a little odd. You can only access the main floor bathroom through a bedroom and the master bathroom is not very private. The location is right near the heart of Capitola. This comes with great access, but also noise in the night as people come home from restaurants and bars. Overall, good place to stay.

Disappointed

The place is clean, as it has been remodeled and is in a nice location to be able to walk to the beach. However, the advertisement of bed size in one of the rooms was falsely advertised. When we booked this house, the listing said it had 2 queens and 1 king bed in each room. The only reason we picked this house was because the beds were queen size or larger with three adult couples. We wanted all of the guests to be comfortable. When we arrived, we quickly realized that one room had only a full size bed. When I asked the PM about this, their response was that it was an “honest mistake”. They offered to bring over an aero bed or let us rebook somewhere else. I didn’t feel like that was fair compensation simply because putting any aerobed in the middle of the common area (only place it would fit) wouldn’t allow my guests the opportunity for any privacy. As far as finding another place to stay- we’re on vacation and didn’t want to spend the morning calling around during the weekend. I asked for a 30% refund (⅓ of our party wasn’t happy as one person had to sleep on the coach), and I was granted 10% with the response “we think this is adequate for a few inches”. On top of “the honest mistake,” when we came in from a walk and tried to turn on the fireplace -it didn’t work. The PM changed the batteries... and it still did not work. Another thing, the downstairs shower, if you’re tall, you need to bend down to get under the water. Furthermore, it isn’t stated in the listing, but in order to get to the downstairs bathroom a person needs to walk through the other bedroom- a little awkward late at night or early morning. Finally, the upstairs shower had severe drainage problems- a person was standing in a pool of water while showering. I wouldn’t recommend this listing, unless corrected, and definitely not the property management company to anyone.

Cute place

But the PM completely went off on us for doing something completely legal, while what they are doing is not. The place isn't 2000 sf, its 1326, which is false advertising. We'll see that is corrected one way or another so as to not mislead others, and we strongly suggest the PM treats guests better.

Perfect house for our family getaway!

We stayed at this home for a week and it was perfect. Very clean, great location - we walked everywhere in town! The little side yard was a great bonus space for us (with two small kids)! We would definitely stay here again.

Cute, clean, and quaint

Very cute, clean, modern, quaint little house with ample parking in a magnificent location walking distance from downtown Capitola. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping, and the beach is a short walk away. Unfortunately, one description on VRBO said “Riverside Drive” instead of “Riverview Ave”, so we drove to the other side of town in wretched traffic to try and find it. The other bummer was the bathroom on the first floor was in one of the bedrooms, which means people have to walk through that bedroom to use it. Something else worth mentioning, the master bathroom does not have a door to separate it from the bedroom and the front of the shower is glass with only a saloon style door offering privacy to that and the toilet. I left an item behind and they were able to recover 2/3 of it, and after a Venmo transaction I received it in the mail. I was very grateful, thanks for going the extra step! Would stay again, as long as it was with family.
