OCEAN FRONT CONDO WITH A SPECTACULAR, PANORAMIC VIEW OF THE BEACH!

Cozy and comfortable, this second story condo, is full of light. Remodeled in 2012, it is beautifully decorated with new furniture and lovely paintings on the walls. And the panoramic view of the beach and ocean is just what the doctor ordered! One of only 4 condos in Seagate, there is plenty of privacy, as well as open space to the north and south, showing about 120 degrees of beautiful beach and ocean. It is just perfect for one happy couple.

The kitchen is finely appointed to satisfy even the most gourmet of cooks. It boasts a beautiful granite wraparound counter with stylish new swivel stools. You can converse with the cook, spin around to talk to someone on the couch, then turn again to take in the breathtaking vision of the ocean. New lighting, fans, kitchen cupboards and paint really make this condo a show place. And the ocean is seen from every angle....

The deck has a table with four comfortable chairs for relaxing dining pleasure......or sit back and take a snooze by the sound of the waves in one of two oversized rockers.

And if it's the sandy beach you crave, help yourself to the beach chairs and water toys located in the box on the deck. Full of beautiful shells, the fine white sandy beach is wide and uncrowded. And right in front of the condo is what is known by the locals as the 'hot zone' for finding ancient sharks teeth of all shapes and sizes.

Our condo is located just south of Main Beach, with the historic town of Fernandina Beach just minutes away. Enjoy great shopping, plenty of casual and/or fine dining and Fernandina's very own Farmer's Market every Saturday morning.

There is so much to do - from exploring Fort Clinch to touring the beautiful historic Victorian homes by horse and buggy. There is golf, tennis, hiking and biking. And exploring beautiful Cumberland Sound on a chartered sailboat or fishing boat is an experience not soon forgotten. We are one of the last beaches in the country that still allow horseback riding right on the beach.

If you are a golfer, I can arrange for you to play at our beautiful private golf club as my guest. Golf Club of Amelia's clubhouse is just inside the Ritz Carlton property.

We host the fabulous Concourse DeElegance every year, as well as the Fernandina Beach Annual Shrimp Festival. Other annual events include the Amelia Island Book, Jazz, Blues and Chamber Music Festivals - no wonder we love living here!

This is our second home, even though it's just minutes from our primary residence. If you need anything, we're only a phone call away, so be sure to give us a ring.

Relaxing on the beach

The location of the condo was great-right on the beach and great view from the condo. It was perfect for our dog-she loved laying on the deck and visits to the dog park. Leslie was very responsive to our questions on how to operate the TV and even brought us cookies when I could not access the cookie sheets. We did enjoy our stay.

Island Getaway

Great value/seamless experience/fantastic week

Small two bedroom, one bath condo oceanfront in a four unit complex. Super clean, great ocean view (sunrise took our breath), and 50 ft to the beach. The property owner was great with all aspects of our visit from pre-arrival communication to checkout procedures. Can’t think of one thing I would change about it for this couple.

Beach Bliss!

Beautiful place right on the beach with a marvelous panoramic view of the ocean, from both living area and spacious deck. Very comfortable accommodations inside and out! We’d certainly love to stay there again, and would definitely recommend it to friends!

Overall very pleased with our stay. Loved the privacy, cleanliness, and personal touches. Host was very helpful and responsive. Disappointed in the very weathered deck, stairs, and walkway requiring shoes at all times. Oven broil function did not work and wicker side chair was uncomfortable. Otherwise it was great.

Great Spring Break!

My family and I really enjoyed our week. The view of the ocean is wonderful. We sat on the deck everyday. The condo had everything we needed and was perfect for a week on the beach with our dog. It was so wonderful to find a dog friendly condo! We would definitely book again!

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your condo last week. The view from the balcony was fantastic and the condo had everything we could need. Check-in was easy, the condo was very clean, and the location was convenient to restaurants, grocery store, downtown, and lots of activities. We loved it.

Great locstion

Property is right overlooking the beach and surf. Very clean. Well equipped. However the bathroom is ridiculously small. And the wire shelving over the toilet makes it even worse.

Another perfect stay on Fernandina Beach

Wife and I and our Laradoodle loved the condo. Great open kitchen for entertaining. Plenty of room in the bedrooms... We got lucky with the December weather, sat on the deck everyday. Great location right on the beach. We'd walk down to SandBar for lunch or dinner. The bar and restaurant scene is just a short drive or Uber away. Perect for 4 adults. Leslie the owner was awesome!

Nice/clean unit with a great view!

Very comfortable unit with a very large back deck over looking the Atlantic. Private walkway right off the deck to the beach. We have always gone to Sanibel, and this was our first trip to Amelia Island. It was exactly what we were looking for, and we will definitely be back!

Fantastic location & view

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The location is great and the view of the ocean is top notch! There is nothing better than watching the sunrise from the deck while enjoying a cup of coffee. The condo is well stocked. We appreciate the new kitchen stools; these were a nice addition since our last visit. Check in and out are super easy. We will definitely be back!

Location, Location, Location!

Great beachside property. We loved the boardwalk with direct beach access. We enjoyed spending mornings and evenings on the deck listening to the sounds of the ocean. Dog-friendly which was a huge plus for us.

A Little Disappointed

I have never written a negative review, but we feel the whole experience needs to be known for future renters.The location and views are amazing. The beach is great and quiet. We had 2 amazing days of shelling. Concerns: the pictures do not depict how we found the condo. The blue chair pictured in the photos in the living area is not there, instead there is a wicker blue chair which is not comfortable.The counter stools in the pictures are not what we had. We had backless stools that are not comfortable. I did not know the condo did not have a inside dining table. The glass coffee table pictured is very chipped we like to do puzzles and it was to low. - the oven did not work for the whole 2 weeks we were there. We notified the owner and she was quick to respond that she would try to get someone to fix. After several days without hearing from her, I asked again about the oven. She was unable to find someone to fix it, but brought over her toaster own oven. This was not optional. She has ordered a new one, which did not arrive prior to our leaving. The ceiling in the primary leaked during a heavy rain and she had it fixed. The ceiling fan in the primary was too loud to sleep with. The bathroom in very outdated and the metal rusty rack above the toilet sticks out so you cant sit back all the way while using. Leslie is very kind and quick to respond. We were able to see the other units in this building and felt we were staying in the only one not updated or modern.

This property was the perfect place for a much needed get away! The sunrise views from the deck every morning were amazing and our dog enjoyed the pet friendly beach! We practically had the beach to ourselves right in front of the condo (note we were there a week after labor day though). We will definitely be returning!

Great spot

We loved our stay in Leslie's condo! The location is perfect, with easy beach access and a great deck for watching the waves. The beach was not crowded, even during peak season, with lots of room to spread out. We loved seeing dolphins, gopher tortoises, pelicans, and other animals from our deck. We couldn't hear any road noise inside the unit, and everything was very comfortable. Communication with Leslie was excellent and she was very helpful throughout our visit.

Our third stay

This is our 3rd time to stay at Leslie's condo and we love it! The location is perfect for everything we love to do. We enjoy the private walkway to the beach, top floor patio, and proximity to downtown Fernandina Beach. It is always cool to get to know people in the other 3 units as we come in and out of the condo each day. The beach area in front of the condo is never busy so everyone has plenty of room. Leslie is always gracious with any information or needs we have. We will be back.
