LOCATION
We are located at the very northern edge of Playacar Phase 2, a secure, elegant gated community on the south end of Playa del Carmen. You are an easy walking distance to everything in Playa - unlike many other condos in Playacar that are located much further away and require a taxi get to 5th Avenue. Our condo is just a 5 minute walk to the main guard gate and another 3 minutes to 5th Avenue and the Cozumel Ferry, ADO bus station and the beautiful beaches. We also have some really nice restaurants, stores and pharmacies available just a few short minutes from the condo, including Lara & Lucas, Viva Palapa, The Admiral Sports Bar, an OXXO, Wó Market and Casa Sofias.

We know you’ll enjoy your time out on the balcony drinking your morning coffee watching the golfers go by as you check your e-mails or sipping your wine as you watch the evening sunsets.
The spacious condo is laid out more like a house than a typical condo, which is extra nice if you are traveling with two couples or kids. There is plenty of space to spread out on our couch or club chairs and to relax with your family and friends. Or you might take a break from the sun and pool to enjoy a movie on one of our Smart TVs or one of the numerous movies (for adults and children) we have available for our DVD Player, or enjoy one of our many books available for reading. We also have several board games, cards, poker chips and activity books to play and enjoy. The spaciousness of the kitchen and living and dining areas make it a great condo for entertaining and relaxing.
Sliding doors in each bedroom open out to small balconies that let in plenty of light and overlook the beautiful picturesque street. They also help pull in the cool breezes throughout the condo when you want to open some windows for a nice breeze. Both bedrooms have wall to wall blackout curtains along with the new kingsize and twin beds (purchased 2022-2023) will make for a very restful nights sleep. *The two twin beds slide together to make for another nice kingsize bed.

We provide amenities that we ourselves enjoy - it's the little things that can make the biggest difference in your stay. Along with our pool floats and toys, we have beach umbrellas, chairs, beach bags, soft sided coolers, cozies, etc., to help you chill out down on the beach for the day. The sling backpacks provided make taking along beach chairs and the umbrellas a breeze. Use the portable coolers for your favorite beverages and snacks, and add a book or two, and you are set for a relaxing day!
You will be well cared for in our home. Our managers (NASPlaya) are available 24/7 to answer any questions that may arise. We provide a binder of suggestions and information about the local area, as well as a condensed email version that will help you prepare for your trip. We are also available by phone and email to answer any of your questions.
Our guests receive a planning guide from us detailing transportation options and our favorite beaches, restaurants and activities to do once there.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Stays of 14 days or longer will be charged for their electricity usage, which is a huge benefit with the substantial reduction in rental rates. Electricity normally runs about ($100-$250) per month, depending on season and AC usage. Long term guests are also responsible for their laundry of linens and are welcome to use the washer/dryer in the condo.
Security cameras are in use in the complex showing the hallways and the parking lot areas.
