ON THE RIVER LOCATION! Enjoy summer on the Columbia River! Million dollar views from the deck or the lawn. Walk directly across the lawn to access the River. Bring your water toys for the river! If you like, we have some river equipment with kayaks and paddle boards available on site at no cost (must sign our extra waiver).
Available again in 2024! (last time available was 2021)
Bedrooms: King, Queen, Queen+Single, and Queen sleeper in family room. Also a cot is available for a 10th guest (child only).

Please respect neighbors with quiet time outside/on decks after 10pm please.

Both levels of this home have view patios. Kitchen has all basic amenities. Two garage slots available including electric car charging up to 40amps (Nema 14-50 outlet adapter ready, bring your charging cord). PLUS parking for 5 cars in front of the home/garage The side of home is also available to park your motor-home or boat. Small town of Quincy with grocery stores is 13 minutes away, or go North to Wenatchee for every choice of shopping only 30 minutes away (including Costco, Walmart, and everything in between).
This family vacation home has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, sleeping up to 9 using 2 queen beds, king bed, single bed, and sleeper sofa (please limit to 8 adults in total). Large bedroom on lower level has King "Purple" brand bed and private bathroom. 2nd bedroom on lower level (previously the bunk room) now has a new queen bed and a single bed. 3rd bedroom on the main level has a Queen "Casper" brand bed. A quality sleeper sofa in the lower level family room folds out to accommodate 2 adults.
This riverfront home is just 3 miles upriver of Crescent Bar Recreational Area. *Launching trailered boats is ONLY at the Recreation Area 3 miles down stream (the launch pad in the adjoining private park to us is NOT available). See boat launch website: https://www.waboatlaunches.com/crescent-bar/. You have full access to ~1/4 mile of Grant County PUD grassy shoreline "Columbia Cliffs" along the Columbia River directly attached in front of the home.
Large pantry to store food off of the kitchen. Extra fridge in the garage also available. All new HVAC system in 2022.
NOTICE: this is a multilevel home and NOT ADA compatible on any level.
If you have a dog, it must be on leash outside of the home. There is no fenced yard.
Fair pricing! Low one-time cleaning fee $300 (may show on VRBO as a “host fee) and insurance. No extra fees/gotchas for kids, dog, car charging, river equipment use, etc.
IF INTERESTED IN LONG STAY, inquire about lower winter rates (after having been a guest during the summer).
Late May and later September are the sweet spots to rent in this area, before/after the tourist season, and still amazing weather!

Stayed for a show at the gorge

Stayed here for a few days to see a festival at the gorge. Not too far away. Beautiful location to hangout during day. Process was seamless!

Beautiful home on the river

We had a great stay at Jonathan’s home. The property was very well maintained, clean, and spacious. The host was a great communicator and ensured we had all that we needed to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property, particularly for groups interested in spending time on the water (there are boat and jet ski rentals nearby) or visiting the Gorge (there is a nearby shuttle). Overall, 10/10 stay.

River Time

This house was perfect for our family including an infant, toddler, kids, parents and grandparents. There was plenty of room for sleeping, cooking, eating and gathering. There was so much storage room in the house, too. The location on the river allowed us a lot of play time in the water and along the beach and large yard. We brought a boat with us and the launch was close and easy to use. The host was very friendly and helpful with any questions. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Beautiful, clean home in a great neighborhood

This house is large, beautiful, clean and right on the river. It was well stocked with everything our group needed and all of the beds and furniture were very comfortable. The host was great with communication and was quick to reply to any questions we had. I would absolutely recommend for groups or families traveling throught he Quincy area.

Great house with an amazing view

This house was great for my group of friends. We stayed for a music festival at the Gorge and while it is a little far from the venue, the house was great! The cooling in the house was not very strong so even in early Oct, the upstairs got really warm, but otherwise I have no complaints. Would definitely recommend this place to friends!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home. Crescent Bar & the river was one of our daughters favorite places. We’ve spent this past spring and summer visiting areas she loved and places she wanted to see with her friends and the bonus families she invited into our lives. The communication from Jonathan from pre-planning, during, and after the vacation was incredibly responsive. It was quite special to be able to bring our geriatric doggy along for one of her last vacations. There were a ton of games to play, outdoor activities, super comfy beds, a well stocked kitchen and pantry. I could go on.. Normally we camp but we will be definitely be looking forward to renting here again!

Perfect stay.

Wow! This property is wonderful and very relaxing. The house is very clean, organized and very well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the towels and linens were quality. The owner made sure we had all the data needed from start to finish. I spent a good amount of time on the upstairs deck which has an amazing panoramic view of the Columbia River basin during the day and MILLIONS of stars at night. It exceeded or expectation and factored in well for the perfect place to stay for our 3 visits to see Dave Matthew’s at the Gorge Ampitheater which was about 25 minutes away. We will be back.

Columbia River Relaxation

Had a fabulous time it was very nice accommodations and it was so nice to have paddle boards to enjoy the river. Loved all the parking since we had multiple trucks and a boat. Owner answered all questions and was very responsive and nice.

Beautiful Place/Warm indoor temp

Beautiful location. Riverfront was amazing! Views were great! Plenty of supplies and space. Garage was space was great and there was plenty of parking out front! Unfortunately the A/C and heat pump felt underwhelming for the size of the house. Temperatures downstairs were okay but upstairs were in the high 70’s most of the trip and we’re uncomfortable. Neighbors were unfriendly and were not very welcoming to rental guests even though we were quiet and spend most of our time on the boat.

Amazing property

This house was PERFECT for our yearly family vacation to Crescent Bar!!! We have stayed at a lot of properties over the years, and you never know that you will get. This house had EVERYTHING you would need to prepare your meals!! The deck upstairs, and the patio downstairs were wonderful for the sunrises and sunsets. Jonathan (owner) was a wonderful communicator, and was a tremendous help. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. STAY HERE, you won't regret it!!

Amazing Home

For years we have been going to Crescent Bar but have never rented a vacation home. Jonathan is so nice and keeps in touch prior, and throughout the stay. The house is on a wonderful location on the river. The inside has all amenities and is very comfortable, clean and supplied with linens, towels, beach towels, full kitchen with spices, coffee, really …...anything you need is pretty much there. We are used to bringing all of our own extras, and it was a pleasant surprise. Has a huge pantry and another refrigerator in the garage. We brought our own kayaks and paddle boards, but they have two of each there. Loved sitting on the deck and watching the sunsets and the awesome moon. We will definitely be back!!

Great location for a family vacation

This house is large and well-stocked for a big family or multiple family fun. The location is great- right on the river and when we stayed, no one used the beach in front of the house, except us. We used the kayaks, paddle boards and games. We also rented a pontoon boat twice from Crescent Bar, which is a short drive away. The house is also close to wineries. The host was a great communicator both before and during our stay.

Wonderful Hidden Jem

We had such an amazing time at this property. The location was beautiful and fun. The house was amazingly stocked with everything you would need. We loved how there was a view, big kitchen, two master bedrooms!! Plus a place for kids. The house even came with water and land toys to use. It had a great location as its at the end of a street, so some of the kids could even go bike riding when they got bored with the water. If you like sun, water and friends, this is the place for you!! We plan to go back next year!!

Girls trip getaway!

This property was fantastic for our girls trip getaway!!! The front yard/river front area is like having a beautiful park right out your back door! Jonathan was very attentive to our comfort & making sure we were enjoying our stay & everything was working well for us. The kitchen especially was excellently stocked with any small appliance you could possibly need! Highly recommend this property & I would rent again in the future!

Few VRBOs in the area are truly waterfront. Our home is ON the Columbia River waterfront with massive lawn between the home and the river. This is a family style home that is comfortable for guests up to 8 adults or 9 total. Supervised children are welcome.
