Modern Four Bedroom Oceanfront House in the heart of St Augustine Beach. Large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Pull out queen sofas in both living rooms with smart tv's. Open layout with well equipped kitchen, dining and living room overlooking the ocean. Room for three vehicles, four creatively. One mile to Publix. Five restaurants within 50 yards of the house. Plenty of outdoor furniture, Weber gas grill, and lots of extras not listed. Upper deck added in Feb 24 with outdoor dinning for 12, Adirondack chairs and chaise lounges. Lower deck still has two tables and ten chairs.

BEST Family Property in St. Augustine, FL!!

This property is a STANDOUT! After 10+ years of using VRBO for our family vacations, this is the one that we plan to return to next year. The location is EVERYTHING! You are right on the beach! Views are amazing! There's FIVE great little restaurants within walking distance. But, there is NO NOISE at all from local eateries! (even on Memorial Day!) An entrance to drive onto the beach is beside the property, but again, there was ZERO noise or issues from that too! The property is 2-story with a single flight of stairs. Two master bedrooms were so nice to have, and there were plenty of beds for the kids too - they even had their own little gathering area with TV! The upstairs is open, inviting, clean and well-maintained. It was the most complete and well-stocked pantry we have ever experienced with VRBO! The little outdoor shower/foot wash was such a convenience after we spent a day on the beach. Parking was easy - plenty of room for our 3 large vehicles. The upstairs deck is brand new with plenty of seating. We spent every breakfast and evening enjoying the view and beach breeze. The sights and shopping of downtown St. Augustine were just minutes away. Rental was super easy and owner communication was prompt and so very kind :) I can't say enough good things about our experience with this property. We can't wait to go BACK! LoL

Great Beach House Experience

Great location for beach access. Beautiful new deck with plenty of room for lounging. Stocked with supplies and appliances and very clean. Two great master bedroom suites with two extra bedrooms made it easy for three couples to share the house. Hope to be back some day!

Christmas in St Augustine

Great location maybe the best on the beach. Everything worked , but is in serious need of updating / maintenance. The beds are marginal at best , most if not all faucets are falling apart or loose . Most cabinets need a screw tightened. It sound like we had a bad . We did not we had a great Christmas. With a weeks worth of work this could be a luxury rental , but as it sits it seems the owner doesn’t care.

Exceptional get-away!

We loved 1 A Street! The house was lovely, and the views were excellent. We were so close to everything we wanted to see. The only thing I don't remember seeing in the advertisement of the house was the number of steps to the main floor. We are 60's and 70's and managed fine this trip but would need to know info like this in the future. One other suggestion: I wanted to make a gallon of tea but couldn't find a pitcher! It would be nice to have one there; the kitchen was very well stocked otherwise. We would definitely book here again. Thanks!

Beautiful Property

You can't beat the beach view from the upstairs kitchen. Beach, porch, and dining room seating for parties of 10 worked great for our large group. The property could use a good deep cleaning but it is lovely.

Great Beach House

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this property in St. Augustine! A few of our favorite things about the house: every room had a bathroom, awesome location (on the beach and walking distance to several great restaurants), and the house is so well stocked (especially in the kitchen). We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

My family and I had a great time in St. Augustine Beach. The beach was a short walk and there were many restaurants within walking distance. The house was extremely spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location on the beach!

We really loved our stay at this property, with easy access to the beach, an amazing view, and all of the convenient things to do nearby. Most days we didn't even drive the car, walking to the local spots for drinks and food, with highest recommendations for Beachcomber, Stir it Up, and Jack's BBQ and Brewery. For a short drive we loved Salt Life, were close to the Amphitheater for a show with The Avett Brothers, and historic downtown St. Augustine was in close distance. Our goal is to stay in this exact same house in the not too distant future. No concerns!

Fabulous in Every Way

We absolutely enjoyed out stay. The house is very pretty, well-decorated, has everything you need done to the smallest detail. Everything is very clean. All the bedrooms except for one are downstairs. The main living areas and one master bedroom are upstairs. Views are great. Location is fantastic. Love that there are five restaurants within a very short walk. Will definitely return! Host was very responsive.

Absolute Holiday Perfection

This house is stunning and so perfectly located you never have to leave! It has everything you need and is a culinary delight! We had 10 for Thanksgiving dinner and a college graduation and it could not have been a great memory maker for us! We all swear Thanksgiving anywhere else will never be the same!!! THANK YOU!

Great Place

Really enjoyed our stay. Place had a beautiful view of the ocean from the second floor Kitchen and den area! Nice deck on the bottom floor with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and more. There was 10 of us and really loved having 4 1/2 baths

Beach getaway

Great location but house was dirty and needs a lot of attention. One bathroom shower leaks constantly and shower door would not shut tight and would leak water all over the floor. Furniture is showing signs of wear. Deck furniture was disgusting. Seat cushions were ripped and had mildew stains. Needs to get a better cleaning company, sand and hair everywhere. Even in some of the beds.

Amazing getaway with the perfect location

This was the perfect vacation house...the location was great, right on the beach, across the street from 1 restaurant and walking distance to several more. The noise never bothered us (we enjoyed the activity but we were unsure if others would be bothered by it; the restaurant doesn't stay open late but when we were in the house we never heard noise from across the street). The house layout was great, every bedroom has it's own full bathroom. Everything we needed was available and in excellent shape (hair dryer, pots, pans, dishes, beach chairs, etc.). We are already planning our next trip!
