Family Vacation

Great location and views of the beach. Plenty of room for all of us. Listing should clarify that “5th bedroom is the den with a pull out. But is still worked for us.

A big modern house in a great location.

We actually liked the house a lot. Plenty of room to spread out and good amenities. The “5th bedroom” is actually a fold out couch in the den. Small bed without privacy but not uncomfortable. Modern kitchen and baths were pretty clean overall. No pantry or closets so that was very inconvenient. You have to stack stuff on the floor. The pool is nice and the beach is great. Parking is tight but they let us bring the dog so we are happy and had a great time.

Ultimate Beach House

Wonderful beachfront home that has everything you need for a large family get together. Private walk to beach, fire pit and well appointed house. Dishwasher wasn’t working but we bonded over pots and dishes after Thanksgiving dinner. Top notch all around - multiple wet bars and fridges Will definitely return

Beautiful views and beach access

The house was great but every closet/pantry was locked and the notes posted around the house were excessive. The blinds in the kitchen said “ do not touch” but were pull down taking away the beachfront view from in the kitchen. When you pay for a beachfront view, you should get what you pay for. The master bathroom shower was a little gross. All in all, great house with nice views.

Summer Vacation

The house was amazing. Plenty of room for our family of 9 and pet friendly. The only unusual issues were the places that were locked. The kitchen pantry which made it hard to find places to put groceries for 9 people. The master bedroom and bath were gorgeous but the closets in each were locked. A rolling clothes rack was placed in front of the window (that looked at at beach) for hanging clothes. They ask that the water level in the pool be watched and add water if needed but the area where the house was connected was locked. One of the bedrooms is a pull out bed in the 2nd den. It worked for us with kids but was not what we thought. Great house. Great pool. Just some unexpected work arounds. Property management was awful. Called 3 times with questions and no one answered or responded.

Magical Beach Getaway

We loved this property - perfect for our siblings and their families to get together and have privacy. The main living area and beach view can’t be beat. Pool is on west side of house and is perfect for lounging and playing.

Beach Week Stay

My family had an awesome week at this house. It is exactly like it says in the description and the pictures. The only thing we were a little unhappy with was they blocked a lot of the cabinets and places where we could store things. For example the entire huge pantry was locked up and so we had to keep all of our food on the countertop and it just made for a very crowded area. Also locked garage and cabinets in the bathroom, that kind of thing. The entire closets in 3 bedrooms were locked.

Great Home!

We have been renting vacation homes for several years and this one was one of our favorites. It's convenient to everything, an easy walk to the beach and the home is very nice. The kids loved the pool area and the back yard and fire pit were a big hit too. The only thing I wished we had looked for was if the house had an elevator. It doesn't and that makes it nice on check in and check out days especially.

R&R on Anastasia Island

The house was beautiful, the fire pit was great and the location was perfect. Was disappointed with the pool/hot tub. My contract made it look as if the hot tub was included but i was told that because of the expense of propane to heat the hot tub, it was not part of the contract. It should not be advertised as if it includes a hot tub. Also, the pool gate lock was broken which is a safety hazard with children. Other than that, the stay was awesome.

Great family vacation!

We absolutely loved Dune Walk! It is the perfect beachfront rental property with a pool for a family vacation! The outdoor decks were great, and the home is very well equipped offering everything we wanted. We can’t wait to go back to Dune Walk next year for our family Beach Week!
