A perfect family vacation home with private in ground pool on the Palm Valley Golf Club with gorgeous landscaped yard, grass and an outdoor fire pit. One level living at its finest in a quiet neighborhood rancher that feels like home.

Beautiful three bedrooms (1 King and 2 Queen beds), two bathrooms and dream kitchen equipped with everything you will need (all fully updated).

Looking for a perfect location for a guys golf getaways, girls trip or a couples vacation? E-learning? Working remotely? Or just wanting a great spot to reconnect with your family? Do it here!

* 30 minute to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport

Home is equipped for families with portable bunk bed cots, several air mattresses and a master closet big enough to hold a pack n play(included)!

Pool has an optional safety fence that can enclose patio area from pool. Pool may be heated for an additional $150 per week.

Our family had a great time at this home in Goodyear. Loved the location, very quiet and centrally located. Appreciated the home amenities like laundry and well appointed kitchens and children’s toys. And the backyard is fabulous!

A little paradise in Arizona? I found it!
So very happy with this booking from the inside to the outside to the highest quality customer service! I've never left a 5 Star, but this property earned and more. It made our family's 4th celebration what we were hoping for. I loved it and HIGHLY recommend it!

Awesome family stay
This property was just perfect for our family. We enjoyed it very much if we return to the area we will definitely go with house. Owner is very communicative and you can tell they are family oriented. Had no issues at all. My kids enjoyed every minute in the pool.

Great stay for our family!
We had a great stay at Kelly and Patrick's property with our two young children! The house is equipped with everything we needed and we made use of the master bedroom walk-in closet for our infant in the playpen which was great for us. The backyard definitely steals the show with plenty of space to play and an amazing pool that we spent most of our week in. The whole house and backyard were very clean and we had no issues with communication with the hosts. We would love to come back!

We were in Phoenix area for a wedding. This home was the perfect “base” for the group that had travelled in from the East. Too cold to use the pool but everything else was simply perfect. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely book this property.

Family friendly beautiful pool escape
We had a wonderful stay. The house was very well appointed with everything we could need. The pool was gorgeous and we spent a lot of time enjoying it and the beautiful yard. The house was spacious and fit our large group well. Communication with the host, including the provided list of things to see and do in the area was very helpful. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and would love to stay here again.

We had a fantastic time at this property. It was just as advertised. The pool was great, although warmer than those of us from the PNW would like. 😀 The location was close to restaurants and grocery stores. Overall we had a great time and would highly recommend staying at this property.

Great stay in Goodyear
This home was perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed the backyard daily and played golf at the Palm Valley golf course. Kelly was very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. Our only issue was minor but I felt it should be addressed. The master shower had very little water pressure and one of the sinks in the master appeared to be clogged as it drained very slow. All in all we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This house was in a nice neighborhood and located near a lot of restaurants and retail stores! The home was clean, smelled fresh and everything was well kept. I would tell anyone going to Phoenix to stay at this home. The pool and backyard was amazing!!! My family and I had a great time!! And our Hosts were awesome!!

We loved everything about this property. The communication was great, the home was very clean and location was perfect. We were traveling for a family wedding and Kelly gave us some great recommendations for food and nearby places, which were very helpful given that it was our first time traveling to AZ. So wonderful!
This was our first time using VRBO and also traveling to Arizona! Their listing caught my eye and ended up being exactly like what their photos show. The owners were VERY accommodating - they even had a pack n play for us to use for our infant as well as a safety fence for the pool area. The house and pool were both sparkly clean. Communication was excellent and the owners checked in multiple times to make sure that we had everything we needed. Overall I give this review a 10/10! We will be visiting this home again!!

The house was very clean, completely as advertised, and the property manager was very responsive & accomodating. We appreciated having such a comfortable place to stay while on a baseball travel tourney ... we all got much better sleep than when in hotel room(s).
