Location was main attraction
We were comfortable in the condo. Beds were excellent- we don't often find that to be true. There were minor housekeeping issues ( broken coffee pot, remote with no sound) but the beach was immediate and was beautiful.

Great place
Was a nice clean condo on the beach. It was great being so close to the beach especially when you have kids. Plus they had beach chairs and kids toys on the porch. Great place and will definitely stay there again.

When we arrived, the apartment was not clean. The apartment was dusty and the floors needed to be vacuumed - there was alot of what looked like dog hair on the floor in the master bedroom. The master and guest room beds were not made. The master bath was not clean. There was a vacuum cleaner in the closet so we were able to clean up to enjoy our stay. Otherwise the apartment was as described.

Topsail Beach Getaway
The unit is very close to the beach. When the sliding glass door or windows are open you can hear the crashing waves. Nice accommodations. Three bedrooms was the perfect size for our group. We would love to stay there again in the future.

Lovely location
This must be one of the best located apartments at Topsail Dunes for a wonderful view and sheltered balcony. Plusses: the views are amazing, kitchen is well-equipped, tv/streaming is easy, comfortable beds and sofa. The bathrooms are functional but basic and the decor is a bit dated. Cpuld do with better lighting generally.in the bedrooms. North Topsail is a long way from amenities. But if, like us, your focus is the beach, it is ideal.

Perfect vacation rental
Beautiful condo with perfect ocean and sound views. Perfectly appointed kitchen - easy to prep family meals. 3 comfortable bedrooms and lovely living area. Favorite spot was on the porch watching the ocean. Highly recommend anyone stay. Made for the perfect family vacation.

Love this unit
My husband and I stayed here in November and loved it so much we brought our immediate family over the Xmas break. The views from this place are amazing. It is very bright and cheerful and all the amenities are there. We will definitely come again.
