We offer for rent, in the town of Le Fleix, this charming apartment with shared swimming pool, with a surface area of 60 m² and which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a pretty living room of 30 m², an open equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom and you can enjoy a shared garden of approximately 1,800 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are just waiting for you!

- An open equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, electric hob, refrigerator, freezer ...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
For even more comfort: Plancha, high chair, baby bed, fan, iron and ironing board.
Three terraces of 20 m² each facing south with trees, enclosed, shared with the other tenants, tables and chairs for your meals, 6 people per terrace.
A plancha towards the terraces is available.
Above-ground swimming pool 7mx4m located southwest shared with the other tenants, naturally heated, ladder to enter and exit, deckchairs, deckchairs and parasols available.
A large garden facing southwest with trees, enclosed, for your peace of mind.
Car parking space inside the site shared with the other tenants approximately 5 spaces, possibility of free parking outside the site approximately 100m.
