Beware- 3 VRBO listings for this condo
On this listing, the pictures and description are not accurate. There are much better pet friendly rentals. I should have known better when I saw only 4 reviews, so I wound up googling the owner after I had his name. I was shocked to find that he had 3 different VRBO listings for this same unit and all 3 have different info. He has different check in and check out times on everything. The place is SMALL and there is very little seating when there is sleeping for 10 people. All of the furniture is in poor shape. The beds are horrible and there is No king bed. They are all queens. The place does not feel clean even though it probably is. If I could provide photos I would. Second, it has the bare minimum for visitors that are flying and can’t bring their own supplies. Thank goodness Publix was next door. There were no extra trash bags, no cleaning supplies, 1 paper towel roll, 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, no wine glasses, no toaster, gross silverware, dishes, pots and pans. There were 10 pillows total, no extra sheets, pillows, or blankets. There is an automatic door lock, but it takes between 1-3 minutes for the door to lock, so you’re waiting until you hear the beep before you can leave. If you do stay here, do not pay a lot. You will be disappointed. Many people have made suggestions but he has done little. Th only saving grace was Daniel was great at communicating. He allowed us to check out at 11 even though his cleaning person showed up at 10.
