No Hot Water ALL WEEK and Host (Kim) NO HELP!
Arrived Saturday Jan 27, 2024. Shower only had warm water. Emailed Kim (Host) Sunday through VRBO email chain with no response. As week continued, the situation got worse but no response from Kim. Wednesday we had warmer water at 5pm then back to cool water. Went without shower most days. Even used shower by hot tub on Friday but the water was luke warm there too. Note, dishes and silverware were dirty in cupboards when we arrived. Probably because the dish washer had no hot water. The dish washer did not clean well all week. Called Westwind directly on Thursday but no answer and no answering machine. Texted Kim. Her response was it was our fault for letting the hot water run when we were trying to get hot water to unit. I told her the room would rent for a lot less if it was advertised that it had no hot water. Therefore, I thought a partial refund was in order. She didn't knowledge my request but did responded that when the unit was cleaned Saturday, Feb. 3, the day of our departure, the cleaning crew reported there was hot water and we will find hot water when we returned....??? Must be a miracle!!!! However, since we already departed, we were not able to confirm the miracle.
